Description

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Welcome, everyone! Our current lot sits on about 18.5 acres, with about 5 acres used for farming! We run a small Wood Milling business, which you will pass through the area to get into the forest/bush area, where there is a groomed trail taking you out to the open field at the back of the property, which is very quiet, away from any other dogs & people. There is no fencing, but there is tons for your pups to sniff & explore. We do have quite a bit of wildlife in the area, consisting of rabbits, squirrels, deer, and the occasional wild turkey! If you are looking for a timeslot on any of the blocked out times, please shoot me a message, and I will do my best to accommodate you! Thank you!

There are cut logs & wood piles, as we do mill our own wood, have our own garden, so please be mindful of farming equipment, it is all off to the sides & there is a clear path to the trail out back.

***Charges are in USD*** We at BHS understand that letting your dog run and play is so important! But some dogs aren't suitable for dog parks or social areas. Our private, fully fenced half acre yard is the perfect place to let your (reactive or otherwise) dog just be a dog and get some freedom! Please check in at the front desk to get the key to the yard, and clean up after yourself. There are water bowls in the yard, but please bring your own water. There are trees providing shady areas throughout the day. If bringing back the key when we are not open, please put it in the Mailbox, located beside our Front Doors. When we are open, our receptionists will gladly take the key back from you! All the fees go directly to the animals in our case, and we are a registered charity and no-kill shelter.
