Fifty unspoiled acres with both field and woods complete with waterfall. This site offers rolling hills, forest and year around creek. There is an outhouse, fire pits and an off grid campsite (available upon request).

We have a large, beautiful yard that is fully fenced. The fence is tall. See photos for tiny cracks in the fence that my 15 pound dachshund mix cannot get out of…But maybe a really tiny dog can go under or get out of. It’s fully closed off, but the pictures show the minimal gaping happening at 2 places. The yard is beautiful with different types of flowers and trees. We have nesting blue birds into the bird house. We have a baby pool for dogs to play in. There’s a trellis covered patio. We have a two year old so there are kid toys and sidewalk chalk randomly around the patio. Feel free to use! I have a baby pool set up that I don’t mind you letting your dog use. There are flowers and plants. There are lots of birds flying around and a beautiful, big sky. Sunsets are really nice in our backyard. Enjoy the seating area. Our porch swing has recently broken, so don’t use that. Park on the street in front of our house. When facing the house, the fence door on the right side is the easiest to enter, in my opinion. Do not use the trampoline. It’s dangerous. Do not use the grill, space heater, or fire pit. Thank you! There’s an outlet behind the blue couch. (Lastly, if your dog needs a dog friend, let me know and I can try to arrange for my dachshund/beagle mix to be there and to join in. He likes to be chased. I know most people won’t want another dog with their dog, but if it’s something that would make you and your dog happy, I could bring him out. He’s up to date on everything at the vet. He can be timid at first. If your dog is lonely for a friend, we can try to arrange something.)

10 acres bordered by active electric fenced in cow and horse pasture. Lower property offers lake views and animal access from shore (people are not allowed to wade). 5+ acres are mowed, and an additional 2+ acres of trails and foot paths. Quiet and serene location far from roadways or neighbors. Let your dog run leash free or bring your GPS, wireless electric fencing system with you, and relax while your dog roams and discovers. We are animal friendly, but dogs will be inside or gone, and cats will either be inside or find trees while your pet enjoys the space. We do have a pool that is not dog friendly.

This Pawradize will give you the perfect opportunity to generalize training techniques and work on important training skills with minimum distractions. Your pup loves to sniff? You got it! Plenty of space to safely sniff without the worry of getting into dirty situations. Sniffing lowers a dog's heart rate which relieves stress and is more tiring and fulfilling than physical exercise! We have a reactive dog, so we understand how important, and how challenging it can be to provide a stress-free, enriching environment for a sensitive dog! We have a fully fenced half acre with an adjacent 500 sq. ft. enclosed dog run, and we’re happy to share it along with toys, water bowls, and more to enrich your dog’s experience!
