Hello, this is Tess and Paul, dog, and all animal lovers. We have pets of our own, including a large German Shepard Dog on the property, but none will be in the fenced dog park area during your visit, they will be securely inside the home. *All dogs Must be Fully Up To Date on All Vaccines and Must be on regular Flea and Tick Prevention Medicine, on your first visit proof Must be shown in order to protect All Other Dogs who visit, including yours and our own. The area is kept Clean and we expect visitors to help keep it that way so everyone can enjoy the area; doggie bags are provided, and a trash can with lid is in the area to put the doggie bags and human coffee cups, etc...into before leaving. Thank you in advance for abiding by this :) The area is clean but of course not as pretty in the fall and winter, the spring and summer when everything is in bloom it's quite lovely; expect leaves on the ground and such in cooler months, and know that some days the cushions won't be on the rockers due to inclimate weather; we put our cushions away to keep them nice if it might rain. *The sitting area on the big deck is covered with 2 sails which provides extra shade but does not stop rain...please be aware. Ty. There's a small raised garden box in the yard that we grow Strawberries and Tomatoes in, please keep dogs out, and if you see any strawberries 🍓, seasonally, feel free to grab a Few but save some for other guests, ty. *All other fruit trees and berry bushes are for our Private use ONLY, please do not pick. No digging. Owners must keep a good watch on their dogs. *Property Owners are not responsible for any dogs that May escape out of the yard, and are not responsible for any and all potential injuries of any kind to dogs or people while on any part of property.
