55Amazing back yard, it does not feel like a back yard but like you hiking in the woods, except your dog is save and can’t run away. We recently adopted our Mastiff but was never comfortable walking off leash, this was the first time and she did amazing and naturally stayed close to us which made me very happy. It also eased my mind that if she did roam too far that she was still in a. Enclosed save area. Highly recommend

15The only chairs available were too dirty to sit on, there was a small plastic pool filled with filthy water attracting even more mosquitoes plus we had to watch the dogs and keep them from drinking it. The small stream wasn't running which happens however, it looked bad... cloudy, obviously contaminated with something. One of my dogs kept jumping in to cool off and we couldn't stop him and had to leave early. Today he is vomiting and really sick. This was our first time back to a Sniffspot in a year and very upset and concerned that my dog is now vomiting from what was supposed to be "fun". Contaminated collections of water, such as the small pool and water streams, should not be in a place where people pay to bring their dogs to play.

I have a chicken coop on my property up toward my house. If you are walking in the gate, it’s on the far left side. I don’t typically see Sniffspot guests go over there as it’s close to my house but the chickens are enclosed in their own little pen. The chickens are fully visible

Description

3.3 acres, fully-fenced, mostly wooded property. There are walking trails throughout and a little stream that goes from about 3 inches deep to 3 feet deep. There are two bridges that cross the stream. Very serene walk in the woods to enjoy nature with your pup or pups. Perfect spot for running, playing, sniffing, digging and exploring! This is a natural, wild backyard so you can expect natural plants and wildlife -plenty of things to investigate and sniff! Reminder that this is a property within a wooded area so encounters with natural wildlife and insects could occur. A few times I saw a coyote off in the woods in the early morning and or late evening. Once you book, you and your dog(s) will be the only ones there during your time. The “spot” becomes unavailable for everyone when you reserve it. Only one person “rents” the space at a time! Sniffspot automatically builds in a 30 min buffer between sessions as well so there is no chance of overlap. This property borders a wooded area on one side and a few houses with backyards on the other. It is fully wooded with much natural cover as a buffer between the neighbors. The property is 330+ yards long and 50 yards wide - plenty enough space for full zoomies!
