3.3 acres, fully-fenced, mostly wooded property. There are walking trails throughout and a little stream that goes from about 3 inches deep to 3 feet deep. There are two bridges that cross the stream. Very serene walk in the woods to enjoy nature with your pup or pups. Perfect spot for running, playing, sniffing, digging and exploring! This is a natural, wild backyard so you can expect natural plants and wildlife -plenty of things to investigate and sniff! Reminder that this is a property within a wooded area so encounters with natural wildlife and insects could occur. A few times I saw a coyote off in the woods in the early morning and or late evening. Once you book, you and your dog(s) will be the only ones there during your time. The “spot” becomes unavailable for everyone when you reserve it. Only one person “rents” the space at a time! Sniffspot automatically builds in a 30 min buffer between sessions as well so there is no chance of overlap. This property borders a wooded area on one side and a few houses with backyards on the other. It is fully wooded with much natural cover as a buffer between the neighbors. The property is 330+ yards long and 50 yards wide - plenty enough space for full zoomies!

Its a fully fenced chin link fence. Have a deck with chairs is shaded some but can add an umbrella if needed. Has a hose to step up a sprinkler (if requested). Will have water out for dogs and poop bag provided.

At the tallest point of the fence it is 4 ft. tall and at the shortest point it is 1 foot from the “ground”. The reason for this is because there are pine trees up against some parts of the fence and the pine needles have stacked under the trees to create a higher ground. If your pup doesn’t listen to you when seeing triggers I don’t recommend our spot** You and your pups can take a dip in the inground swimming pool, which is about 10 meters long, perfect for cooling off on hot days. And don't worry about the weather—there's a spacious covered porch for when it rains, so the fun never has to stop. DogsPlay sniff spot is part of DogsPlay.us Luxury and Pampered Pet Sitting Services in Youngsville, NC. The sniff spot is clean, with short grass, splash pool, tree tug, ball throwing machine and other toys. Shaded sitting area and fire pit. However the fire pit is only available November through March as we are a Bee, Butterfly, Hummingbird and Bird friendly spot. There are organic fruit trees on the property that Guests are welcome to pick from while the fruit last. Blueberries in June and July and Figs starting in August to September.

Welcome to Koda and I's personal paradise, featuring several horses and a donkey! Stop by and visit us as a side quest so you can relax and enjoy the view in a peaceful, quiet countryside setting both you and your dog(s) will enjoy! Choose to either kick back and let your dog go full steam ahead in the .5 acre, four foot, fully fenced pup play yard, which has been vetted by dogs small and large, puppies and seniors, and both high energy and couch potatoes alike, or do some on leash training or long lead play in the accompanying open field next to the enclosed yard. Our yard has been tested (and approved) by Pomeranians, Yorkies, Beagles, Pitties, Whippets, and all of our Sniffspot visitors, and it's even horse proof! Natural grass fills the property, with only the occasional use of weed killer along fencelines to keep up with property maintenance and stay on top of bugs. There are several huge shade trees that my pup and his friends enjoy laying under. If you are looking to desensitize your pup to horses, reach out and I may be able to arrange turn out so they can get up close and personal, while maintaining the barrier of the fence. But otherwise, the Spot and the horse pastures are completely separate from each other, giving you and your pups a chance to admire from a distance!
