This is an incredibly nice spot. It feels very welcoming and is very clean. No other animals were visible. The only thing I would note is that both entries involve stairs. So, if you are not sure-footed on inclines or stairs, this may not be the best choice for you and your pup.

What a beautiful yard! Our pups had a great time and so did we! Hosts were so thoughtful and had toys, water, a water bowl, and dog pick up bags all available. Pups enjoyed running up and down the hill, and it was a perfect size yard for so many games of fetch. We enjoyed the chair swings on the patio. Easy and convenient in River Arts District - will be back soon!

Cute little spot in W. AVL. It is fully fenced with toys. My dog loved the squeaky toys and chased me up the path. It rained all week, and I was surprised how non-muddy this spot was. I highly recommend.

This was my first time at a Sniffspot and I’m glad we tried it out! It definitely felt awkward entering someone’s backyard but it was a good first try! There is a dog that lives next door and we could hear him bark and see him in the front yard if you park in front of the house. I have a reactive dog so that made me a bit uneasy but we passed by with no real issue just some barking back and forth. The backyard is well kept and the porch is stone so my dog enjoyed how cool it was on this hot day! I was so happy to see my reactive dog, be a regular dog :)

What a great place for dogs and their humans! It's such a cute yard with everything you could need for a canine field trip. I love that toys and water are provided. There are even comfortable shaded chairs for the humans. We will definitely be back!

This convenient spot was perfect for our 9 lb dog. The terrain was varied and he had a great running around. The fencing was very secure and we were never concerned about him leaving the area.

This was our first time using Sniffspot, but won’t be our last. Our yard isn’t fenced in yet, so this was exactly what my 1.5 year old Golden Retriever needed to get her crazy puppy energy out. Large, secure space with a flat grassy area. Beyond that was a landscaped up-sloped hill with clearly defined steps allowing you and you pup to climb to the top. There was a covered stone patio to cool off on if needed (although the yard has plenty of shade that the sun wasn’t beating down on us). She provided water, toys, and poop bags. Perfect first experience and we’ll be back. Thank you!!!

The path to the backyard is slightly unleveled and rocky but well-paved. Get passed that so that your pup can enjoy great backyard! My pup had a great time. The fence was secure, and there were dog toys available and access to water. There was also great seating for the parents.

Great spot! Perfect amount of space for my pup to run around, she loved all the plants and different types of gravel to sniff around. This was our first time doing a sniffspot, experience was great! Plenty of seating for humans and shade, stone back deck my pup laid on to cool down. Water Bowl and hose to help cool down, balls to throw and play with. We will be back!

There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks.
