Crystal was very sweet and accommodating and her kids are very cute! Dogs had a great time and were very intrigued by the sheep across the street, the chickens next door (privacy fence between ) and the two tiny dogs in the adjacent yard. Thanks!! :)

The host was very friendly! They put water out for the dogs to drink and had chairs for the humans to sit in. There was plenty of space for my dogs to run and play! Will definitely go back.

Owner was very communicative and kind, yard was spacious, clean, and fully fenced in. a water bowl and hose was left out and we were told we could fill it up however much we liked. my lilo loved running around and smelling everything, 10/10 will be back

Great experience! The yard is very big and open with tons of space for the dogs to run and play. Everything was very clean and the host was super friendly. We will definitely visit this spot again.

Amazing spot for dogs who like to run and explore nature. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone with dogs who like to swim! Great space that is still private. We will definitely be returning!

Me and my dogs love this spot. Makes you feel so far away from Jacksonville but we were in Jacksonville! We love the layout of the ponds and trails and creeks with lil cliff-like spaces in parts of the woods. Lots of climbing and jumping opportunities for the dogs. My dogs were on an adventure and loved it. This is a place we'll return to fur sure.

The property owner was great, very quick to respond to my questions. The property itself is a little over grown and a little soggy so wear long pants and shoes you don’t mind getting a little dirty. The dogs had a blast though! Will definitely come again. Next time I’ll be prepared with towels so they can swim in the pond.

This is a lovely little spot! The trail is nice and we got to see some turtles out in the water. It’s perfect for a little adventurer and if your pup is a swimmer, it’s got a nice little pond area!

Awesome spot for both of my dogs! This is an easy access spot right off of HWY 17. There's plenty of open area at the front of the property and then a nice partially shaded trail through the woods to the pond. You can tell that the owners have been working on getting more areas cleared but there's plenty to explore as is. The owners responded quickly and shared some helpful information for our visit. This is about a 30 minute drive from our home in River Bend but well worth it for my big reactive boy to have a peaceful walk without worrying who we are going to run into!

We booked this spot impulsively on a Saturday for 1:30 PM. We had SO much fun. The backyard was clean, the grass was cut short, and there was PLENTY of shade. There was also couches and seats to sit at (which we worried there wouldn’t be and we’d have to stand for the entire hour). The kind host provided freezing cold water for us and our dogs. Along with snacks. It couldn’t have went better. My dogs ran for most of the hour and relaxed in the shade for the rest of the time being. It was a wonderful way to spend my Saturday afternoon! Will definitely be booking this spot regularly. Warning; if you have a reactive dog, this may not be the spot for you. There is a dachshund next door that will bark at your dogs nonstop and try to run with them (on their side of the fence). Thankfully, my dogs are desensitized to other dogs so they did not care at all. But it may not be the same for everyone! Thank you so much to the host and I cannot wait to come back!!

Yard was clean of any poop, there were some toys to play with and a fresh water bowl was provided. The back neighbor did have dogs but they didn’t let them all out while we were there, just 1 who was very sweet, although we could hear the others barking inside their house. My dog enjoyed running along the fence with him.
