Unleash your dogs and frolic with your beloved friends in the lush embrace of our hilly Pacific Northwest natural rainforest. Wonderlane invites you and your best pals to explore 67 years of history across 2 acres of established trails, over 9 terraces, under towering old-growth trees, listening to the gentle murmur of a clear creek, accessible by your choice of 2 gates. For security we require the Entrance Gate to be closed behind you. From the parking area choose your path— the left or right trailhead gates —and meander down Flying Horse Lane or Tail Waggin' Lane to The Landing Pad, where trails weave into playful circles perfect for a game of ‘Hide and Go Seek’ or a chase! At the forest edge, Madhatter Lane invites you to a serene creek, a secret haven at our fully fenced sanctuary. For environmental reasons, the creek area is not fenced, therefore bring a leash for your dog(s) when going into that area. Our hilly forested land, a tapestry of guardrails, fences, gates, natural barriers, rolling trails, springs and creeks, sometimes steep, sometimes flat, is a haven for play. There is a 100-foot-long Stick Library! These trails, originally created for horses, have been lovingly reclaimed from invasive brush and dead trees, now fun for paws and feet alike. We’ve ensured the future of this tranquil forest by planting more than 600 local tree saplings. The canopy of Hemlock, Douglas Fir, Western Red Cedar, Yew, BigLeaf Maple, and Alder, filled out as soon as there was more light. These trails whisper stories of the past. In the spring flowering bushes bloom from March through early June, in the summer lush frilly leaves decorate every breeze with greenery in motion, and in the fall in October the leaves magically turn yellow, orange, red, brown, and purple. Wonderlane is more than a place; it’s an experience—a Sniffspot designed with your dog’s joy in mind. While they dash through wood chips and Pacific Northwest duff, under ferns, and around bends, you’ll enjoy the views of a 20-acre forested wetland, a living vista of nature, and plenty of chairs to sit in. This forest is alive with the songs of songbirds - sparrows, finches, thrushes, grosbeaks, and a host of other birds, such as majestic American Bald Eagles are seen here. Walk, run, or pause on our soft wide well-drained sand or woodchip paths and let the forest’s secrets reveal themselves uniquely to you. We’ve spent more than six years crafting this haven, just a mile from the South Sound, for you and your friends to run, walk, sit, and revel in the company of your pups. This Spot is best for physically fit individuals, but although we are disabled we enjoy it whenever there's time. If you need assistance or more info, please contact us directly. Keeping Wonderlane pristine is a collective effort, and we value your help in maintaining the beauty of our shared space! We can't do this without your help. Please use the usual household garbage bin marked 'Garbage' at the driveway entrance for disposal of poo bags. Please close water hydrants completely. Press the hydrant water handle all the way down into the completely closed position after use. If the water is not pressed completely closed, water continues to leak out the bottom of the hydrant unseen. Please close each gate. Dogs must be leashed going to and coming from the parking area, and may be unleashed when entering the dog park. We rely upon guests to contact us and tell us immediately if they need anything. To be fully fenced please roll shut the main gate after you park. There are also 2 sets of gates at the top of each trail to the Sniffspot. The forest area is fully fenced, some doubled. There are 2 gates that lead to the creek so you can control access. Please roll the Entrance gate into the open and securely hooked position when you leave, thank you! Wag, Sniff & Zoom! Willow & Jasper's Fully Fenced Backyard

Our backyard is well-loved by two playful pups and full of exciting scents to explore! We enjoy visiting Sniffspots around town and wanted to share our space so other dogs can experience new smells and enrichment. The yard is fully fenced, with cinder blocks installed underground to help prevent digging out. No other animals are visible from the backyard. The porch area is gated off—please remain within the yard during your visit.

This spot is a 1/2 acre rough pasture with a bench, fruit trees, a tree swing and woods surrounded by greenbelt. It is fully fenced and gated although if your dog is small and escape-minded it may do so because it is wire field fence, not board fence. Please park to the far right of the garage and keep your dog leashed until you reach the pasture area at the back of the property. Enjoy! We are excited to be partnering with Mossy Paws Dog Training to offer training sessions here at the spot or at your home. Jen is a positive reinforcement trainer who specializes in behavioral issues, anxiety, reactivity, raising great puppies/dogs, life skills, manners, and more! Her focus is to streamline communication and improve relationships with dogs and their people so that training becomes an easy part of your day-to-day life. Jen is considering offering reactivity classes and puppy/teen socialization here at the spot. Von Zarhoff K9 is located on 25 acres in Bonney Lake. We have been breeding German Shepherd dogs and Training for the last 35 years. Our specialty is obedience and the dogs love to herd. Dogs and livestock have been a huge part of our lives. We'd like to share the enjoyment we've had with our dogs in the training/play room area. It’s a perfect place to work your dog or let them play and unwind all while being out of the weather or in the evening when the sun is gone down.  For your first scheduled time please pull through the open gate with the yellow horse, Xing sign on it & text me after you park in front of the training room. Our rain cover recently was damaged by wind and we had to take it down. Sorry for the inconvenience. There is a deck that you can stand beneath for some protection from the elements though! This delightful old orchard is a paradise for adventurous pups. It has large grassy areas, a greenbelt, lots of mole hills, rabbits to sniff in the bushes. Perfect for recall training or a game of hide and seek. During the wet season you’ll definitely want to wear boots!

2 Private Acres of Zoomies

2 acres with 5 foot chain link fence surrounded by forest and wetlands. This offers a distraction-free place for your dogs to get their zoomies on! You get both shade and sun, with grass, dirt, wood chips, (and a bit of mud in some spots during the rainy season). We are in the country, so our park doesn't share a fence line with neighbors. You won't see any other dogs. There could be far away dog barks from a few blocks over, but nothing up close. We don't use toxic sprays, so rest assured it's a natural and safe place to romp and play in private. The 2 acres has mature trees throughout and is mowed during the growing season. It's perfect for throwing tennis balls and getting lots of good sniffs in. You will be able to see your dog at all times (unless he/she is hiding behind a tree.) If you add "The Woods" extra (see below) detailed instructions will be within the Sniffspot park, on the SouthEast fence next to the big red bow.
