Instructions for the entrance: 1. You will see a black gate open upon your arrival on the west side where the white mail box is. 2. Pass the speed bump and you will see a parking sign, please park there. 3. You will also see an entrance and sniffspot sign next to park sign. 4. As soon as you start walking towards the back pls feel free to use the whole back of the property. 5. Trail is towards the very back of the property for which you will ne guided by the arrows. Pls be advice on the rainy days the property can get get little muddy in the back so be prepared accordingly.

Partially fenced open space with barn, silo, fruit trees. Tall grass, brush, blackberry bushes, and swampy wetlands create a natural border to our property where there isn't a fence. A small section near the driveway is not fenced. Parking available by the barn/silo. Please note that the ENTIRE property is available for your dogs to play, run and sniff. There are two residences on the property (our blue-gray house and a large, detached pale yellow garage with MIL); the yard extends southward all the way around both buildings on the Eastside. Feel free to roam and explore! **NOTE: There is an overhead photo of our property in the photos section of our SS profile that can help you see the boundaries, find the hose, toys, poop bags, etc. **

Von Zarhoff K9 is located on 25 acres in Bonney Lake. We have been breeding German Shepherd dogs and Training for the last 35 years. Dogs and livestock have been a huge part of our lives. We'd like to share the enjoyment we've had with our dogs on the trails & training areas. As well as the designated run & play area. For your first scheduled time please pull up to the gate with the yellow horse, Xing sign on it & text me upon arrival. Hello and welcome to our Sniffspot! We hope you enjoy your time here. Just a reminder to please pick up the toys and water bowls that you use when here and place them in the 'used/dirty bin'. This ensures a clean space for the pups that visit after you. Thanks! It's a large, open one acre pasture with plenty of room to run and play. Tall fir trees, our home and other single family homes surround the property. There are neighbors who walk their dogs or play with their dogs in their yards. There are no shared fence-lines but we are noting this in case your dog might be reactive or sensitive to seeing and hearing other dogs and people. There are also chickens nearby - see note below. Double gated entrance for security. Park along the fence on the gravel drive. Plenty of room for your pup to enjoy the zoomies! A few things below to note, thank you! *🎾💦 For the toys and water bowls, we have labeled bins for 'clean' and 'dirty/used'. Please utilize items from the clean containers and then place in used/dirty so we can thoroughly clean them. There are cleaning materials in case you would like to sanitize or self-clean bowls or toys. Thank you! * 🥾The terrain of the pasture does have some dips, bunny holes and there is a section of mown grass, as well as a portion of longer pasture grass, and sticks from the fir trees. Wearing solid and/or waterproof shoes will help you navigate the land. *💦 There is a water jug and spigot with hose in the pasture to use for drinking water. If you use the spigot, please be sure to turn it off. There are small plastic pools available for warm days. You are welcome to use a pool, but please empty it after use and return it to the fenceline area. *💡we have 4 sets of string lights on our fence, two small solar spotlights on the fence, and one large spotlight on the far power pole (motion sensor). It adds some brightness to the pasture for evening visitors. Note that since it is an acre lot, there is a portion of the pasture that is still quite dark once the sun is fully set. *🐓 There are two hens and one rooster on a neighboring fence line and the gate to their henhouse yard has a sign (don't let the chickens out, no matter what they say), as well as a secure gate latch plus bungee cord. They will stay on the far side of their yard, and hide under the shrub/tree cover so are usually not be visible from the Sniffspot pasture, but wanted to share in case this is bothersome to some pup guests. Our rooster, as well as neighborhood roosters, are regularly heard. *please note: due to the burn ban, wildland fires and the dryness of our land, we ask for no smoking on the property at this time, thank you

-Approximately 2 acres of unfenced grass lawn -Walking trails through forest approximately 1.5 acres -No need to pick up large dog waste (I keep it there as coyote deterrent) -Do not enter horse paddock area -Dogs can check out the goats from a reasonable distance but don’t let them touch or shock themselves on the hot wire perimeter -Digging allowed except in the grass areas! -Parking is available but don’t block the smaller garage door

Very private and secure fully-fenced yard with lots of wide open space to run, chase, and play - toys, a doggie wading pool as well as big shade trees and plenty of well-established landscaping to race around and in and out of, with multiple terrains to explore - grass, river rock, a dirt pile to dig in, and cedar playground chips too… a perfect zoomie-land!! Near Angle Lake - really easy access from I-5 too - private driveway parking right in front of entry gate - come and enjoy the privacy while your dogs sniff and play!!
