Welcome to Lix Creek Private Dog Park by Sniffspot! :) We would love to share our little slice of heaven with you! Upon entering the red gates, you'll see a picnic table and fire ring. There is a mowed path around the 20 acre property with red arrows directing along the way. You will also find a map on site to reference as well. There are 3 creek accesses if your fury friend would like to get a drink or play. In the plastic tote, there is fresh water, a bowl and some fetch toys. We live on the property and would be happy to answer any questions you have!

Our yard is fully fenced and has an entrance on each side that we will unlock. There is a deck with chairs that guests can sit on. We have a hose attached and a water bowl for dogs. Our neighbor has a dog that could possibly be outside at the time and the house 2 doors down has 2 dogs that are in and out also. Dogs must be current on vaccinations. The yard is not shaded. We have a storm drain in our yard so very small dogs would not be a good idea as they could probably get thru the metal bar protection. $6 per dog per hour. $9 for 2 dogs for an hour. $12 for 3 dogs for an hour. We are 2 minutes from Interstate 64/40(Winghaven Exit), 8 minutes from Highway 364(Bryan Road Exit), and 12 minutes from I-70(Bryan Road Exit) in O'Fallon, MO.

Access to 2 separate small creeks. Recently cut trails through the woods. Presently we are having gate issues. *****You can park completely safe and off-road in front of the gate and walk a few short steps around one of the large stone pillars.****

Explore a serene 5-acre sniff spot featuring wooded trails, a spacious fenced area, and an open field, all conveniently located near a tranquil road just off 94. Perfect for your furry friend's adventure! Near the corn field is a wide wooded trail that leads into a meadow like opening which is perfect for dog zoomies! Alongside the wide trail is a more narrow trail which leads to the other side of the property. One lap is slightly less than 1/4 mile. There is a large fenced in area which was once home to a mini donkey, which the gates can be shut and dogs can run and explore in as well (the grass may be tall in this area). Lastly, there is an unfenced area near the road which would require attention for cars and neighbor dogs for safety but is usually very quiet.

The entrance gate (to the right of the carport when facing the house) can be a little stubborn, but just remember to push towards the yard, not towards the street, and please don't leave a gap when it's closed. I have chairs for your comfort, plus poop bags, a trashcan, toys, and a water bowl for the pups and your convenience. The hose is all yours to use as well! A few notes: - The upstairs deck is not off-limits, however, it's not in the best shape (this is one reason why I'm renting my spot, so that I can repair it and make your experience even better!), so please be aware of the boards that are not flush. - I have dogs that use the spot as well, but will keep them inside during pre-booked reservations. - Please feel free to park on the street in front of the house.
