Welcome! This space is fully fenced, with easy access from the street. The entrance gate (to the right of the carport when facing the house) can be a little stubborn, but just remember to push towards the yard, not towards the street, and please don't leave a gap when it's closed. I have chairs for your comfort, plus poop bags, a trashcan, toys, and a water bowl for the pups and your convenience. The hose is all yours to use as well! A few notes: - The upstairs deck is not off-limits, however, it's not in the best shape (this is one reason why I'm renting my spot, so that I can repair it and make your experience even better!), so please be aware of the boards that are not flush. - I have dogs that use the spot as well, but will keep them inside during pre-booked reservations. - Please feel free to park on the street in front of the house. Welcome! I have a large, fully fenced-in yard for all of the zoomies your pup can handle! We frequently have puppy play parties that would be so much more fun if you were here 😊 If your dog prefers a solo hangout, that's totally cool too. The yard is kept clean and manicured at all times. During the warmer months we have a kiddie pool and hose for all of the water lovers! I have toys, but you are more than welcome to bring anything you'd like. There will always be fresh clean drinking water! Come hang out!!! I also offer pet sitting services, including in home boarding, drop-in visits at your home, doggy day care, and dog walking!

Open 24/7, well lit at night, shaded patio area with fans on hot days, kiddy pool & splash pad for dogs that want to dip, drinks for humans, fire pit to use on cold nights, just let me know your request!! WiFi available. Alexa available. Poop bags/trash can available. Indoor restroom available if we are home and awake 😊 cell number and other info is on patio table. Please note *if you book your reservation after midnight and it’s for any time between 3am-9am the same day, there’s a possibility I won’t see it in time to prepare. This means there might be a couple of “unclean” spots in the yard from my dogs being let out the night before. *Extras are available for an extra charge. They are: Agility Equipment Setup, Firepit, propane patio heater, BBQ Grill, Birthday Pup decor. You will find them listed in “Extras” when you book your reservation. IMPORTANT!!! Per Sniffspot & my rules: Your pets MUST BE vaccinated and must not have been in recent contact with other pets that have parvo.

Is your furry friend scared of other dogs? Worried about unpleasant interactions at the local dog park? Or maybe you just prefer a private space to throw the ball, run, and play. Enjoy our fully-fenced and flat open space where your pup can play without being bothered by other dogs! Our home backs up to a parking lot where you can park and enter the yard privately during your visit. Water for your dog(s) is provided as well as seating for you. Please bring your own toys and treats as well as bags for cleaning up after your pet. We also have a pet dog who LOVES other animals and would be happy to play with your pet if he/she is friendly and vaccinated! Let us know when booking and we will let you know if he is available to play during your booking!

K9 Corner - Private Dog Run in Webster Groves

This is a privately owned empty residential lot (not a backyard) however there is a neighbor next to the property with a driveway in between. Property is a “pie shape” approximately 2,000 sqft. Fenced section is approximately 130’L with one end at 30’W and the other end at 6’. Entrance is at the corner of Atalanta Avenue and Glen Road. Street parking is on Glen Road (long fence side). The city does not allow signs (see photos for more clarification). This is a residential neighborhood; you will most likely see other people and dogs during your visit but not in the park with you. This is a self regulated private dog park / dog run similar to a regular dog park. There is not water on site however a bowl will be left on site (typically inside the toy box to keep it clean). A pet waste station is available along with a “used” poop bag bucket, trash receptacle, and some dog toys. Please remember to clean up after your dogs, put away toys, and throw away trash. Pesticide free - consider bringing bug spray. To keep moles away, mole spikes that vibrate in the ground are in use and you can hear a buzzing noise. The sand pit / tire area is for digging - please try to keep all digging isolated to the designated area only and try to fill in any holes dug by your dog outside of the pit area. Sun sail is up during spring/summer months only - that’s what the poles are for - no climbing please. Patio umbrellas can be lifted up (use crank) during your visit and MUST BE RETRACTED and use the secure strap at the end of your visit (please use common sense and do not put the umbrellas up if it’s super windy). There is a 5 dog max. We prefer no more than 3 humans to 1 dog; please use the “extra feature” for more visitors. Dogs should NEVER be left unattended. Please note. This park is for dogs to enjoy. This park is NOT a playground for kids/adults. The obstacles, agility equipment, and toys are for the dogs. Humans should not be climbing on the equipment or mis-using the toys. The neighbor does not want toys or tennis balls hitting their vehicles. If we see this type of behavior or rules not being followed, you will potentially be banned from future reservations. *Please understand this is mostly a self-regulated dog run/park. You MUST cleanup after your dog. However sometimes poop gets missed and I give everyone the benefit of the doubt it’s not done intentional. We want all visitors to have a great experience at K9 Corner.* **This spot is not a business to make money for profit. We offer shade, fresh water, and a quiet environment so your pup can sniff, explore, and enjoy safely. We recently said goodbye to our English Bulldog, so want to share the yard with other pups! Please note: there are friendly dogs in the neighboring yard who may occasionally greet along the fence line. They’re social and used to visitors, but if your dog is highly reactive to other dogs, just keep this in mind when booking. We’ve created this space with safety and joy in mind, and we love sharing it with other dog lovers. Easily access the backyard on either side of the house with gates.
