Welcome! This space is fully fenced, with easy access from the street. The entrance gate (to the right of the carport when facing the house) can be a little stubborn, but just remember to push towards the yard, not towards the street, and please don't leave a gap when it's closed. I have chairs and umbrella for your comfort, plus poop bags, a trashcan, toys, and a water bowl for the pups and your convenience. The hose is all yours to use as well! A few notes: - The upstairs deck is not off-limits, however, it's not in the best shape (this is one reason why I'm renting my spot, so that I can repair it and make your experience even better!), so please be aware of the boards that are not flush. - I have dogs that use the spot as well, but will keep them inside during pre-booked reservations. - Please feel free to park on the street in front of the house. 30 acres private land off big river. Start you and your furry friends journey down the trail where you can see different shelves off the bluff. Don’t worry the trail is rocky but wide enough for a tractor. As you come to the bottom of the trail it flattens out with beautiful trees that stretch all the way to the river banks. River changes this area frequently as it usually floods with heavy rains, so your second trip could be a whole new adventure. The bluff blocks the area at the bottom so it’s just you, your furry friend, trees and a river. Small cave is somewhere on the property. Grass is not maintained. Sometimes it will be long and sometimes not. Some Fourwheeler trails are found throughout the bottom flat area. Lots of large rocks and downed trees make this a great training area. The river may be up or down. The lower flat area does not typically flood unless there is flash flooding going on. If you’re concerned about this for your trip just reach out. We can let you know how the river is looking. Once you head down the trail the house and road will not be visible. Across the river the banks are fairly high, they do have cows over there. You may hear or see them from time to time. Lastly, we could use help naming our property. After hiking with your friend let’s us know if you have any suggestions.

Lots to explore and plenty of space to get the zoomies. Half grass half wild growth. We have a dog, so there are some toys in the yard as well as some scents of him. The wild growth area has lots of scents to explore. The growth covers the view of the fence, but it is there. Ok for dogs, but humans should be cautious.

Explore a serene 5-acre sniff spot featuring wooded trails, a spacious fenced area, and an open field, all conveniently located near a tranquil road just off 94. Perfect for your furry friend's adventure! Near the corn field is a wide wooded trail that leads into a meadow like opening which is perfect for dog zoomies! Alongside the wide trail is a more narrow trail which leads to the other side of the property. One lap is slightly less than 1/4 mile. There is a large fenced in area which was once home to a mini donkey, which the gates can be shut and dogs can run and explore in as well (the grass may be tall in this area). Lastly, there is an unfenced area near the road which would require attention for cars and neighbor dogs for safety but is usually very quiet.

We live in a quiet neighborhood in St Ann. We have two driveways so the one pictured will be private for you and has access immediately to the back yard. There a covered carport with some seating, and lots of grass to explore! It is often very shaded due to our two large sugar maples in the back. We will make sure our dog is upstairs where he can’t see you guys during the booking, so you won’t get barked at. Or we could do a puppy play date.

Access to 2 separate small creeks. Presently we are having gate issues. *****You can park completely safe and off-road in front of the gate and walk a few short steps around one of the large stone pillars.****

WiFi available. Alexa available. Poop bags/trash can available. Indoor restroom available if we are home and awake 😊 cell number and other info is on patio table. Please note *if you book your reservation after midnight and it’s for any time between 3am-9am the same day, there’s a possibility I won’t see it in time to prepare. This means there might be a couple of “unclean” spots in the yard from my dogs being let out the night before. *Extras are available for an extra charge. They are: Agility Equipment Setup, Firepit, propane patio heater, BBQ Grill, Birthday Pup decor. You will find them listed in “Extras” when you book your reservation.

Hilly ground for exercise,, fully fenced. Camper on site for observation purposes when occupied. Garden to sell vegetables through the spring, summer and fall. Horse shoe pits on site for the adults if they want to do something a little different while their dog is playing onsite. Shoes provided for a minimal fee fresh water on site and dog food if needed as well as a large bag of snacks for the way out/home. Dogs are Able to run freely as long as dog is UTD on their shots, no history of biting, but muzzle if so, and no other dogs are on site at the same time (Dogs can be very temperamental or protective over what they think is theirs sometimes. Can register online with me, call for reservations, and will be required to fill out a small form upon arrival.

This is a privately owned empty residential lot (not a backyard) however there is a neighbor next to the property with a driveway in between. Property is a “pie shape” approximately 2,000 sqft. Fenced section is approximately 130’L with one end at 30’W and the other end at 6’. Entrance is at the corner of Atalanta Avenue and Glen Road. Street parking is on Glen Road (long fence side). The city does not allow signs (see photos for more clarification). This is a residential neighborhood; you will most likely see other people and dogs during your visit but not in the park with you. This is a self regulated private dog park / dog run similar to a regular dog park. There is not water on site however a bowl will be left on site (typically inside the toy box to keep it clean). A pet waste station is available along with a “used” poop bag bucket, trash receptacle, and some dog toys. Please remember to clean up after your dogs, put away toys, and throw away trash. Pesticide free - consider bringing bug spray. To keep moles away, mole spikes that vibrate in the ground are in use and you can hear a buzzing noise. The sand pit / tire area is for digging - please try to keep all digging isolated to the designated area only and try to fill in any holes dug by your dog outside of the pit area. Sun sail is up during spring/summer months only - that’s what the poles are for - no climbing please (currently the sun sail is not being used per the city requests). Patio umbrellas can be lifted up (use crank) during your visit and MUST BE RETRACTED and use the secure strap at the end of your visit (please use common sense and do not put the umbrellas up if it’s super windy). There is a 5 dog max. We prefer no more than 3 humans to 1 dog. If you are considering a dog birthday party or larger social meetup, please contact us before booking. We are also open to happy hour social gatherings, yoga, painting, and other type of events; please contact us to discuss. Please note. This park is for dogs to enjoy. This park is NOT a playground for kids/adults. The obstacles, agility equipment, and toys are for the dogs. Humans should not be climbing on the equipment or mis-using the toys. The neighbor does not want toys or tennis balls hitting their vehicles. If we see this type of behavior or rules not being followed, you will potentially be banned from future reservations. *Please understand this is mostly a self-regulated dog run/park. You MUST cleanup after your dog. However sometimes poop gets missed and I give everyone the benefit of the doubt it’s not done intentional. We want all visitors to have a great experience at K9 Corner.* **This spot is not a business to make money for profit.
