With a mix of natural areas and cleared park-like spaces, your dog will have endless opportunities to sniff and discover new sights and smells. Our shaded seating areas provide the perfect spot for you to relax and watch your pup have a blast. And don't worry about bringing water - we've got you covered with a dedicated dog drinking water station. Our spot is also drive-on, making it easy for you to bring your pup and all their gear. We have recently added a doggie pool and a tug rope!

Welcome to your pup’s dream getaway! Our 3-acre property offers endless adventures for dogs who love nature, water, and off-leash freedom.
What makes our Sniffspot special:
✅ River Access: Let your dog splash, wade, or frolic about in the gentle river! We are in a drought but there is still plenty of water about knee deep to walk around and cool off in. A short walk down a ramp and a few stairs leads to a safe, shallow area perfect for water-loving pups. Bring your water shoes and wade around in the water with them.
Additionally, please let me know if you need our fenced in back yard to use. And if you would also like to roam the property.
✅ Partially Fenced Yard: Fully enclosed space for secure off-leash zoomies, fetch, or relaxing under the sun. This is a space approx 40 feet by 25 feet that we have enclosed in the back of our house facing the river.
✅ Endless Exploration: Roam our property, we have an area with table and chairs to grab some shade.
