New to Sniff spot so open to suggestions and we’re a hip camp if you want to stay the night! Please keep in mind it is the wilderness and we do our best to tame it. We're on site when you visit and are here for guidance. First timers we will show you where to go. We would love to also bring our dogs out for play time if you got friendly animals. We have private river access in our back yard. We're on a cliff (please be careful with our trail) so you shouldn't run into anyone. We do have access to the river bed for even more exploring, bring your water shoes to walk a cross the water for even more exploring and swimming!- No reactive dogs across the river as that's our island we share with the neighbors.

Pet Ponderosa Resort & Spa offers premium pet grooming and boarding services as well as dog walking, pet cleanup, and pet transportation services. Now introducing our additional fenced area for your convenience, ensuring a safe and private off-leash play experience. Something to note if you have a reactive pup: Pet Ponderosa is a dog boarding and daycare facility. There will be dogs barking, and at times, dogs will be on the other side of the fence of the sniff spot.

It features a well-groomed, quarter-mile loop trail that winds through natural woodlands, offering a tranquil and safe environment for dogs to explore and play. Five acres of partially mowed fields and a natural wooded area. There is a small pond and access to South Prairie Creek. Bring a picnic and enjoy nature. The creek has a variable current, so it may be best for larger dogs. The pond would be ideal for smaller dogs who aren't strong swimmers.
