The entire property is 10 acres that has a quiet, country feel- limited road noise, a few neighbors and plenty of privacy. The dog play area is a 70’x120’ sand arena that is 5’ tall and fully fenced in. There is a basket of assorted dog toys for you to use as well and a water trough for your doggy friends to jump in.

Additionally our creek is not shared with any public access. The strip of land across the creek which is mainly covered in overgrowth of blackberries and trees is privately owned and fully fenced. No public access is granted there. Additionally during rattlesnake season it is always good to be aware of your surroundings no matter where you go, however we have not encountered any snakes on our property to this date. A beautiful country setting in the heart of the city. Willow Kane Farm offers 1/2 acre of fenced fun for your dogs. Included in our rate is a practice agility course *DOES NOT INCLUDE A FULL A-FRAME OR CATWALK, a dig pit, a variety of toys and plenty of shaded seating for the humans. For your convenience we have a poop control center, first aid kits (human and canine) and we sanitize and clean our toys, and water dish multiple times a week. * Please note, this is a small working farm. You are likely to see us out doing chores, sometimes with farm equipment. There are neighbors who have dogs, donkeys and kids that can all be heard and often seen. We board and train dogs, some are vocal. We also have several dogs and they sometimes bark. We are a busy Sniffspot and do have some guests with dogs that dig holes, including under the fence line. We do our best to fill them, however, we always have dogs that dig so it is a constant repair. We provide this space for dogs to do dog things and have fun doing it! UPDATE NOV 2024: We are gearing up for a kitchen remodel and landscape makeover! It is very exciting, but unfortunately it means we will have to close down our SniffSpot for a little while. We’re sorry for any inconvenience and we hope to be back in business as soon as possible. If you’ve visited us before and are not scared off by a more restricted yard and/or the chaos of an active construction site, feel free to message me and hopefully we can work something out. Here you will find a large grassy area for the pups as well as a covered patio with chairs and a ceiling fan for the humans. The house is in a great neighborhood and backs up to the school yard of Charles Peck Elementary. Generally things are quiet here, but you may hear the occasional dog barking, kid playing, or school bell. If there's a spot open in our driveway, feel free to take it, otherwise you can park on the street in front of our house. Enter through the gate on the right-hand side of the house (pull the string to undo the latch). Help yourselves to our hoses/spigots, basket of toys, pooper scooper, and any ripe fruit off our trees! Note: The yard is not perfect with some patchy spots and lumps/bumps throughout. We recently moved here and are continually working on yard improvements. Lovely manicured lawn, fully fenced, lots of running and playing room, dogs, who like to dig are allowed and there’s a great pool for swimming in in the summertime. I will provide fresh filtered water, dog, bowls, some toys and a cooler of waters for Dog parents . tables with chairs, a bench and more amenities to come.
