Just sharing the love of providing an easy, quiet place for dogs in the Denver community. Great area to get work done while your dog explores. Convenient location. Double lot, lots of grass, great training/play area. Leaf piles in fall, 🍂, snow in winter ❄️. I clean/disinfect bowls/provide fresh water. fire pit/sitting area/blankets/drinks for humans. Motorized pergola opens/shuts for weather. Borrow a blanket on the couch if needed during your visit. My resident dog: med tricolor mix, friendly, quiet/sticks close to me or sleeps in the house. You won't hear or see her. Very secure yard. I close curtains/lock all doors/dog door. *Neighbors are very quiet. On occasion they do host people to watch football/hockey outdoors in their yard, but not all the time. Feel free to message me to confirm. 🪧 🅿️ Read street sweeping signs. Come walk 12 acres of mixed terrain, sweeping meadow to rock outcroppings. This is not fenced but there is an old 3 wire fence that outlines the property. We have 2 friendly dogs that wonder the property that we can have put away during your stay or leave out to have dogs to play with. We do have 5 goats that are fenced in and 3 cats that roam the property. Please pick up after your dogs.
