We have two dogs of our own who also prefer private play, which is exactly why we loved using SniffSpot before finding this home. During your visit, our dogs will always remain inside and will never share the yard. They may occasionally be heard indoors, but your pup will have the outdoor space completely to themselves. Newly installed fully fenced in area approximately 2600 ft. Does have a small Hill in one spot. We do treat the lawn with a dog friendly pesticide company because there are so many mosquitoes here. So basically our backyard doesn't have many mosquitoes at all. There is access to water and we have a splash pad available. It's a nice area to come and let your dogs just run and play. There are some spots in the fence that are not all the way to the ground so if you have a very little dog it may not be ideal. There are toys in the toybox. We have one designated parking spot that's off the road at the end of the driveway.
