Split rail fencing with heavy wire top to ground. Secure! In brush covered area it is 4.5 wire pulled with wood posts. Also very secure as I have small dogs I check for gaps regularly and they are filled and repaired where I can.

Description

Great property to walk with large and small dogs. The entire back lot is fully fenced and plenty of running space for frisbee or ball. Disposable water bowls can be found in our welcome bin. A hose will be available in summer and a water jug in winter. A small patch of uncut brush in the back is great for jumping sniffing and tracking the high branches are cleared for humans to also walk through:) located near wetlands some of the fencing extends through overgrowth or wetland and brush/scrub tree areas it can be damp in wet weather times. The ENTIRE BACK lot is fully secure, originally built to contain our dachshunds and our late Great Dane. Because we own several small dogs (and also a large dog) ourselves it is checked regularly for any holes, or wear. (If you see any holes please let us know ASAP) Our dogs will be kenneled when you visit! Extra notes: *We live near a gun range and during hunting seasons and summer range noise can be heard in the distance. Weekdays are quieter in general for all noises :) after work and weekends tend to have more shooting noise during hunting seasons. * Please note in spring/ fall thaw and heavy rain parts of our yard so stay soggy and even wet for some time -appropriate footwear should be considered (rubber boots are ideal)-we have towels for dogs in our welcome bin. Canine Respiratory Illness! Here’s what we are doing! -disposable one-visit bowls are to be found in our bin, please use them for your dogs and then dispose of them before you go or take them home. -we will continue to disinfect the toys provided at least once a day with our dog-safe disinfectant Effer-San. -We ask that you place used toys in the used toy bin after use. - in the summer the patio and grass near the house will be sprayed with our dog-safe disinfectant Wishy-Wash once a day. -We do this for our dogs as well as for yours

*Burrs/ weeds for long coated dogs. -Wild plants *Garden is located in small fenced area. We sometimes grow hot peppers. You may close off the small fenced area to keep your dog from eating those. *There are two gun ranges located in our town and gun fire can be heard during weekends primarily and more so during hunting season. *Quieter times are week days and off season.

Do you want to come at night even if it’s dark!?? We have for your fun and convenience a solution!! Glow Party 2 glowing collars as well as 2- headlamps are included. (Please return after your visit) Enjoy the evening even if it’s dark! ** special request –please try to potty your dogs in the small yard before if it’s dark so that clean up is easier for you to locate! Blue flags can help with quick marking available near the fence gate. *Add a pup cup to finish the night

Please respect the area . Please pick up after your dog, bags and garbage is provided. Do not leave any dogs unattended at anytime. Please use a leash to enter and exit the property. Feel free to walk the property to see where your dog may like to play, there are spots not visible from the house area your dog may go. Please do not allow dogs into the fenced in pool area. If they get under the fence to the pool the gate can be opened by pulling UP on the knob. And if winter cover is on it is able to hold hundreds of pounds of weight. Have fun! *we do like to host your group dog party’s Please let us know if you’d like to schedule more than 10 dogs. Please check out our extras!
