55Ricardo offered a wonderful place to let our dogs run around and enjoy themselves. The location is quiet an in a secluded area away from busy roadways. It's fenced in and had plenty of trees and grass which let all of us stay in the shade and relax while we were there. Definitely will be going back! A+
55My favorite sniffspot so far! It was super clean and quiet, with plenty of shady spots for our dogs to rest and play. Will definitely be coming back!
55We went early morning and it was quiet and fully shaded. Open for running, but enough trees scattered about to be of interest and to shade the space. There are 2 gates, one road-side and one house-side. Double check both are closed if you’re worried about your dog getting away from you. I had to shut house-side gate, but it was no trouble. My dog is a velcro dog so he won’t go anywhere without me. Area is fully fenced. Road-side gate has horizontal bars that are wide enough for small dog to go through if motivated, but I think most dogs understand it’s a boundary and won’t go through. Very clean and maintained, we found no trash or poop in the area, but the space wasn’t overly groomed. I like the natural feel of the scattered wild flowers and longer grass. Very close to airport, so we had frequent planes that created some noise pollution, but dogs were unbothered. Overall we really enjoyed the space and will visit again!
25This is a very nice spot with plenty of space and shade. Unfortunately, my 60 pound dog was able to get through a gap in the fence and run down the street. If you have a dog that doesn’t have good recall, I’d suggest finding another spot. I’d be willing to go back if the gap in the fence is addressed.
55What an amazing place for the furry kids to play! Thank you so much for sharing your property.
55Great place
55Beautiful spot with lots of shade. There is a small hole in the fence in the back, my dog doesn’t try to escape but if you have an escape artist be careful! Will come back again :)
55Great place to practice and fetch!
55Nice quiet spot, good for working on off leash training or just throwing a ball around.
55The dogs had a great time! Lots of space for zoomies and shade to keep cool. The street was closed due to construction. We had to turn left on Beth rd., the very next street.

Hazards

We had a small guest on April 17. She was a runner and somehow managed to escape three times through a small hole in the fence. So, if your puppy likes to escape and it is small, maybe wait until I get the fence fixed. We have had other guests who have enjoyed our place. I”lo keep you posted. Thanks!
