Welcome! So happy you are here. My fenced in yard is ready for your dog(s) to run free and get their zoomies out. I have a pergola that gives a fully shaded area for you to sit back and relax and watch TV (I’m connected to just about everything so I get sports🏈🏀 or housewives💁🏼‍♀️) or chaise lounge chairs in the sun for you to get some vitamin D! The pool is currently under construction unfortunately, but if you get hot feel free to use the hose for now. Especially if you want to wash/rinse your fur baby. I have outside lightning so if you get off late no worries over here! I just put in new sod so please be careful when walking around as there is some uneven ground. I don’t mind dogs digging and getting all the fun energy out so watch for holes as well. If there’s anything I can do for you, just message me! I do have outside cameras around my house as a safety measure.

Completely fenced backyard with manicured grass for roaming, and frolicking. Toys, treats, poop bags, and water bowl provided. Human companions will love their spaces as well with plenty of seating options on umbrella covered patio table and chairs or covered deck with cushioned seating, fan and TV. Alexa can be asked to play music outdoors as well. We have lights for evening visits too! Self-service hose with sprayer and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.

We are back open! After 8 months of reconstruction from the hurricane I'm happy to announce that on a limited basis my sniff spot is back open! Please contact me individually to schedule your visit if you do not see a Time open that works for you. Come let your dogs play in this beautiful pool with an intercoastal view. A large ledge for romping around for those pups that are a little unsure! The pool is heated in winter and chilled in the summer months. There's also a fenced in play area and complimentary off-street parking! If there's a time that you don't see available, please contact me personally, and I may be able to accommodate you, especially if you are a returning customer. Please remember that I am on Clearwater Beach, and traffic can be backed up depending on your timing, so give yourself some extra time. For safety reasons with my open Seawall I do not allow children under 16 in or around the pool area. This is strictly a service for dogs to come and swim and enjoy the pool.

We built our house not too long ago. Our dogs love the backyard, and I hope your dogs love it as much. They can run up and down the stairs if they want. I have the blinds closed upstairs when Sniff Spot is in session. You can also park along the sidewalk that leads to the gate. I have toys and fresh water. and water bottles in a cooler for the parents. I provide wipes and hand sanitizer as well. Lastly, some relaxing music with some comfy chairs........ We did get flooded on the first floor due to the hurricane, so we are getting back to being done, outside some minor construction work.

I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. If the driveway is not available, pull into the front yard parallel to the road.
