Max 2 humans per dog and max 6 dogs and 6 humans are allowed in the spot. More may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and will be charged as extras. Host will generally not greet guests. Our yard shares a fence with our neighbor, who has 2 dogs. Guest will likely hear the neighbor’s dogs if they’re outside but will never be able to interact. This is a fun, spacious spot with a pool available for dogs to use, lots of grassy space for your dog to run around, lighting at night, and different amenities for humans! It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).

This is a great yard for you and you dog(s). I have 2.5 beautiful acres. Grass is always trimmed and well taken care of. Fence is secured and tall. No other dogs, animals, or people causing distractions. I am learning to become a dog trainer through a local rescue and would love to help out if you need it :) Please note, you are more than welcome to use my patio to sit and enjoy shade under an umbrella. My yard is a big open space, in the middle it has no shade, but I also have big trees that do provide some sort of shade.

Large grassy backyard that also has a large covered patio for sun shade to cool off, have some water and rest before the next playing session!

Dogs can swim and access pool and spa from a variety of steps and ledges. Each reservation has one support human in the pool, regardless to the number of dogs. Additional humans can be added as an “extra” in the booking process. There is shaded grass and wood chip areas. If blackberries are ripe, help yourself to a couple.

Please BYOB (bring your own bag) and discard poop off property.

We live in the country and have a fully-fenced in 1 acre property! We have plenty of trees, and covered seating under the tree or under the covered patio! We also have a box fan for dog owners to utilize during the hot days, along with sunscreen and bug spray. We have had our property sprayed for pests with safe (kid & pet friendly) products. There is also an outdoor dog toy basket, as well as you can use our water hose to fill up the dog bowls outside or use to play with your dog in the water- we just ask that you don’t leave the water running! ‼️Also- please note the trampoline and pool is for owner use only.. due to the risk of injury. Thank you for your understanding. Please also note- the detached garage and shed are off limits! ‼️ There are steps that lead you down the bottom half of the property where our dogs usually run wild! (They will be in the house while your dog is here) You can park next to our large oak tree in front of the large gate- the gate is unlocked- but it is heavy, currently working on making that easier for our guests! If I am home I am happy to assist you in opening the gate. 🥰
