Description

Come visit our large, 0.33 acre corner lot in SW Portland! Make yourself at home on our deck, with both covered and uncovered seating options. We are your spot for any weather conditions! Our fence is a secure cattle-wire style (see photos, note small gap between ground and gate) combined with chain-link and arborvitae on the sides that connect to neighbors. HOST NOTE

This is a natural backyard with trees, rose & raspberry bushes with thorns, bark mulch, and a garden shed. We do regular safety sweeps and have weekly professional landscaping, but please be mindful about thorns, corners of wooden garden beds, etc. Our own children play in our backyard, so safety is a high priority for us! During the fall, you may encounter fallen apples and pears from our trees. These get picked up on Tuesdays, but may accumulate during the week.

Use of ceiling heater3 credits

This is a super strong commercial grade heater mounted in the ceiling portion of the covered deck. $3 for an hour helps offset the electricity cost! Control is mounted on wall under tv to the left of the sliding door. Controls are similar to bathroom fan timers. Use one for 50% power or turn on both for full power. Please turn them off as you go! Message me with any questions.
