Come enjoy our easy-to-get-to 1 acre backyard! Half sunny field, half shaded woods, this spot is perfect for exploration! There is a small shed with a shaded porch, chairs, towels, treats, toys and water jug for refills. Feel free to use the kiddie pools as well!

We moved back to the KC area last year and are in the process of turning our new home into a doggy wonderland. Our team of three runs a full time pet care company including doggy daycare, boarding, and drop in visits for all sorts of animal species. As pet care lovers and trainers, we understand the importance of having a private, secure space to work or be with your dog for whatever reason. Our nearly 3 acre backyard is fully fenced, at least our 5 lb chihuahua, daycare dogs, and dozens of sniffspotters have yet to find a way out. While we try our best to maintain our yard, sometimes the grass gets high or there are fallen branches. If grass length is a deal breaker, just ask! We'll let you know if it's gotten high or is freshly mowed. There is a detached garage with an old chicken coop with a hole in the door in the middle of the yard. We're aware the hole is there, we don't have immediate plans to fix it, and we don't mind if your dog wanders into it. The yard backs up to the highway. It can get a little loud, but it's pretty much white noise to us and our dogs. Aside from the highway, it's generally a quiet spot. There is a smaller fenced in area of the backyard we use for dog training. You can use that or the main yard. There's a large circle drive at the entrance of our property. You can park inside the fenced yard (open double drive gate) or just outside of it (enter through pedestrian gate) . Near the carport is a shelf with poo bags, our business cards, grooming wipes, a grooming towel, dog water bowls, and usually some extra tennis balls. Let us know if anything is missing! There's a trash can by the carport, as well as a waste station halfway down the yard (trash can and additional poo bags) and another in our smaller fenced in area. There's a spigot by the carport and another at the RV port that can be used to fill water bowls or play with. We don't have lighting in the backyard, but can turn on the lights under the carport, should you ever desire. Feel free to move around chairs or table or use the swing. Note, this is our home and we're constantly working on our property. There are piles of firewood, wheelbarrows, and the occasional rake left out leaning against the shed.

Beautiful landscaped large yard. Easy access location, partial shade, picnic table and other seating options so you can bring a picnic! My Shih Tzu lives here and would love some friends. Ample driveway or street park. Very nice mature neighborhood. Close to amenities such as several restaurants, car wash, Walgreens and Hy-Vee right across the street. Come check it out!

Need a space for your dog(s) to run, come and enjoy our space. We have a 4 ft fully fenced chain link fence. There are no other dogs around. The neighbor to the left us of does have 2 dogs but they added a 6ft privacy fence so you can’t see them at all. You can use the gate on the side to enter. Please pick up after your dog if possible. Our dog will be inside with windows and doors closed so you can enjoy your time. We have a table/chairs and an umbrella out through spring until fall.

Simple back yard play area. .17 acres fully fenced in area with access to hose, can provide filtered water for dogs during 9-3 hours. Will be a 15 foot above ground pool in the dirt circle showed in pics, not for dogs. Solar panels create cover for dogs in hot &/or rainy weather. No cover for humans unless want to use the solar panels as well. Will be purchasing shelter eventually. No seating except couple lawn chairs. Fire ring avaialbe for small fires, must preregister to use. Dog bags & treats available from 10-2. Have a few frisbees & balls that our dogs can share. Separate fenced in front yard for littler dogs if they like to play with dogs the same size. Questions, please contact.

I am eager to have your dog or dogs enjoy my dog friendly space. Play with the hose or relax at one of the tables with or without a patio umbrella. Please bring poop bags and take your pup’s poops away when you leave. You’ll see a dog motif tote bag with a few balls to enjoy. No worries if they get torn up. They are toys; use at your own risk.
