Description

We have a fully fenced yard with grass and trees to run around for your fur babies to have a blast ! Was closed for a few months for some yard renovation. Added new wood chips and soil. I also board dogs if you are interested reach out to me on Rover.

Additional rules

I require to meet my guests on each visit. Require all pets to be vaccinated and current against Rabies, Influenza, DHP-CPV and Bordatella. Please send me a copy of your vaccination records. Supervise your pets at all times. Ensure they dont get into flower pots and destroy plants. The property is 1.29 acres but in the listing have mentioned only 1 acre, please stay away from the main house. I understand dogs can run around we will be adding a fence for the sniffspot area eventually. Dogs with dangerous behavior are not allowed. Running fast and tearing up the yard are not allowed. Please cleanup after your dogs. Only one vehicle and 2 adults per booking .

Huge space where your doggies can play, dog, run and chew some sticks . Half of the land is a forest paradise with plenty of chewing sticks, ferns and trees to smell. The other side is just a flat piece of land, don't mind the vehicles park on the property they are just stored. The land has holes and uneven pieces so be careful when you walk around It is partially fence so I wouldn't recommend it if your dog likes to run away or like to explore. Hi there! We have a big backyard that my dogs enjoy often. It is fully fenced yard but you could see any pedestrian or dog that walks on the street, about 25 ft away. I have three dogs, two under 20lbs and a 60lb black lab but they will be inside the house at all time during your stay (unless you want a play buddy!). You do not have to pick up after your dog but if you do, you can throw it away at the provided trash can. Feel free to reach out with any questions! Note - if you are booking a visit between 7am and 9am, please make sure you give us at least 12 hour notice. That way we can make sure we clean up before your visit.

We have one Sniffspot pasture. The totally secure fully fenced Sniffspot pasture is on your left as you come up the driveway. Enter through the gate next to the American Flag. Be aware of the Alpaca in the separate fenced pasture above the Sniffspot pasture. There is also a hose at the bottom of the stairs on the north side of the building to rinse off your pup's paws if needed.
