Whether your dog needs to run or just have some fun doing simple agility practise, you will love this real grassy yard! Humans can relax in a comfy chair in the covered patio area and toss a ball while sipping on a cold beverage or hot coffee from our self- serve coffee bar (all provided). This spot also has great night lighting if you want to come at night. We are open 6am - 11pm and closed one day every two weeks for irrigation unless you request a puppy water day we will open for your requested time. The day after an irrigation the ground may be softer, some water may still be absorbing and your pups could have muddy 🐾 paws. Feel free to contact us for more information about irrigation and timing. We do not control irrigation days, and we do our best to block the calendar based on historical irrigation timing. If irrigation unexpectedly interrupts your booking we will fully refund you and provide a discount code for a future booking. ⏱️ Book your favorite time in advance or it may be taken by another sniffer. Advanced bookings are not impacted by price changes. We encourage you to book your favorite day and time in advance. We often have fully booked days so if you book less than a week in advance we could be booked. Please message me if you have trouble with booking and I can confirm availability or let you know if we have a cancellation.
**FYI- if you book and reschedule a booking Sniffspot passes fees to the host, but if you cancel and reschedule no charges are passed to the guest or host. Please keep this in mind when booking any spot.

We have a half-acre of land in which your dog can roam. There are many trees they can walk and sniff under to keep shady. There's a nice long stretch of open yard so you can throw a ball.
