3 Acre Fully Fenced Secluded Park In English Hill Redmond

**We are finalizing renovation details with our contractor so we’ve opened the availability window for up to 7 days. The spot will be closed during the renovation.** Welcome! Our place is fully fenced with mesh wire. We have two husky mixes (who you won’t see or probably hear) who love the space and haven’t managed to find any gap in the fences to escape. Once you close the gate behind you, the whole place is for you to enjoy, including the fenced-in meadow/arena, front and back around the house. You are free to let the dogs out of your car off-leash. Most of the land is flat and accessible. There are a couple of stairs and a small slope lead to my house and the back yard. (See accessibility picture) Having two reactive dogs, I understand the significance of providing them with a safe space to unwind. We will never come out when you are here without prior communication. There are no visible neighbors or other domestic animals nearby. It’s the perfect place for the dogs to relax and decompress. I have a fully fenced yard that wraps all the way around from the front yard to the backyard. Please note the front gate is currently being rebuilt so the entrance is temporarily being blocked with a pallet (see picture). You are also able to enter through the gate in the backyard that you can access through the back alley. There is a small table and chair on the front porch that you are welcome to utilize as well as a large table and chairs in the backyard. There is also a stack of yellow chairs you are welcome to move around the yard. Both tables are equipped with ashtrays should you want to smoke (420 and cigarette friendly). You can find dog snacks and doggy bags in the ice chest next to the table in the backyard and a bowl of water next to the water hose by the table. All trash can go in the green trash bin on the side of the house. There is a power outlet by the back door as well as one on the side of the house by the black water barrel. Feel free to pick and snack on the berries growing in the backyard I just ask that you keep dogs out of my garden beds please. For a yard in Seattle this is a decent size. You can throw a ball across the yard for a game of fetch and quick sprints and a small pup will definitely find plenty of room to roam and be worn out. With fall upon us it is hard to keep up with the leaves and falling apples but doing my best and improvements to the gate are in the works. Hope you enjoy the yard!!

Private Fully Fenced Yard in Kirkland

Conveniently located next to a public trail access, and located within private property. The lawn is a mix of short grass and soft moss, this is regularly maintained and never sprayed with chemicals or fertilizers. Fully fenced on all four sides with no low spots\gaps. One secured swinging gate at the entrance. Dedicated parking along the road just before the house and is clearly marked with a sign! The table next to the fenced area has a mailbox with hand sanitizer and other goodies, there is also a water\food bowl available. (I have a hose on the side of the house you are welcome to use) Please dispose of any used poop bags and other trash in the little blue trash bin under the table. The road next to the fenced area is privately owned, so the only people and vehicles that pass by are residents and delivery couriers but they are not very visible due to the difference in elevation. People occasionally pass by on the public trail and some do bring their pets, but it is mostly obscured from view by the trees on our property and separated by two sets of fences. Note that we are within hearing distance from a sportsman club\firing range, so at times there may be noise. Please reach out with any questions you may have!
