55Karla was super friendly and her yard was amazing for our pup.
55Comfortable human seating in the shade and lots of space for the dogs to play and explore.
55Lovely spot and very whimsical. Plenty of 2pm shade during our July 4th visit. Pups loved sniffing at all around and rolling in the grass. Pearl played a bunch of fetch on the side with the line dryer. Moose mostly stiffed.
55Such a great space! My dogs had a great time, and the yard was beautiful! Lots of places for the humans to sit, and your dogs to sniff.
55Our first time trying Sniffspot and it was perfect! Our pups had the best time running around. Thank you!!!
55My two dogs and I loved Karla’s vast backyard so much that we booked two days in a row. They wrestled, played fetch, sniffed, rolled in the grass, panted, and drank copious amounts of water from her oversized bowl. We will look forward to our next adventure, Karla!
55What a magical place! We will be back ❤️
55So friendly! So accommodating! The human bathroom was so appreciated. So nice and close to the airport for our dogs after a long flight! Thank you so much! Clean and lots of room!
55Karla's spot was really awesome! My dog Jaxson had so much fun playing with his buddy Coco off leash! Very big, beautiful yard with lots of grass for the boys to roll around in. We brought a picnic and had a great time with our friends. Very nice space and lots of seating areas! We will be back!
55Great spot for Pups to explore and play.

I'm a TOTAL geek that loves my daughter, friends and my pets. There are fruit trees and gardens to feed us in my yard. Anyone is welcome to the harvest, as I love sharing healthy foods! I do not spray pesticides, nor do I use a lot of chemicals in my house. I had a couple of beautiful malamutes for 13 years. After their passing, I decided I would play with my granddogters and other people's pups for a while. I love adventure and do a lot of fun, "circusy" things, so if you want to bring over some things to play with in my yard or gym, let me know!

Wonderlane

On these 80 degree days this is a cool place to be. Bring your friends and their dogs too! Embark on an enchanting Pacific Northwest rainforest adventure at Wonderlane World Famous Sniffspot for Dogs and Their Best Friends - Unleash your dogs and frolic with your beloved friends in the lush embrace of our hilly Pacific Northwest natural rainforest. Wonderlane beckons you and your best pals to explore 66 years of history across 2 acres of established trails, over 9 terraces, under towering old-growth trees, listening to the gentle murmur of a clear creek, accessible by your choice of 2 gates. From the parking area choose your path— the left or right trails —and meander down Flying Horse Lane or Waggin' Tail Lane to The Landing Pad, where trails weave into playful circles perfect for a game of ‘Hide and Go Seek’ or a chase! At the forest edge, the Madhatter trail invites you to a serene creek, a secret haven at our fully fenced sanctuary. For environmental reasons, the creek area is not fenced. Our hilly forested land, a tapestry of guardrails, fences, gates, natural barriers, rolling trails, springs and creeks, is a haven for play. These trails, once trodden by horses, have been lovingly reclaimed from invasive brush and dead trees, now fun for paws and feet alike. We’ve nurtured this tranquil forest back to life by planting more than 600 saplings. The canopy of Hemlock, Douglas Fir, Western Red Cedar, Yew, BigLeaf Maple, and Alder, filled out as soon as there was more light. These trails whisper stories of the past. In the spring, summer, and fall, lush frilly leaves decorate every breeze with greenery in motion. Wonderlane isn’t just a place; it’s an experience—a Sniffspot designed with your dog’s joy in mind. While they dash through wood chips and Pacific Northwest duff, under ferns you’ll enjoy the sight of a 20-acre forested wetland, a living vista of nature. Though some wildlife is a rare sight, the forest is alive with the songs of songbirds - sparrows, finches, thrushes, grosbeaks, and a host of other birds, such as majestic American Bald Eagles are seen here. Walk, run or pause on our soft wide paths and let the forest’s secrets reveal themselves uniquely to you. We’ve spent over five years crafting this haven, just a mile from the South Sound, for you and your friends to run, walk, sit, and revel in the company of your dogs. And when the day’s adventures are done, two Starbucks await to refresh you, 3 minutes and 5 minutes away. Join our community on Facebook, by searching for “Wonderlane World Famous Sniffspot,” or ask a warm and friendly nearby AI to direct your browser there, and watch tales of joy. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61556216197208 Wonderlane is more than a walk in the woods—it’s where nature’s heart beats, inviting you to breathe in the peaceful air, one paw print at a time! If your dog ever hesitates to leave, a ring of the Magic Chuck Waggin’ Triangle will bring them running back. We recommend bringing repellent or wearing it when you drop into the forest, and if you choose, onto the creek area. The creek is best for physically fit individuals. If you need assistance, please contact us directly. Keeping Wonderlane pristine is a collective effort, and we value your help in maintaining the beauty of our shared space. Please use the garbage bins at the top driveway entrance for disposal of any waste. Please close the hydrants completely. Press the hydrant water handle into the completely closed position after use. If the water is not pressed completely closed it affects our water system pressure. Please close every gate. Dogs must be leashed going to and coming from the parking area, and may be unleashed when entering the dog park. We rely upon guests to contact us and tell us immediately if they need anything. Enjoy the forest’s magic at Wonderlane. PS if you wonder about the fencing here, some guests want the creek fenced too, which isn't possible due to environmental reasons. The forest area is fully fenced, some doubled. There are gates to the creek so you can control access. We continue to improve everything except the fundamentally lovely forest, creek, air, light, trees, bushes, plants, and all the birds.
