Additional rules

We have a front gate to let you on the property. When you arrive I automatically open the gate. You'll drive down the driveway just before you reach the house, there is parking to the left. Please park to the left and not on the grass. Water from the hose and bowls are available. Please discard all poop in the trash can provided. Access is available in the front field and front yard in front of the house only please. It is a horse fence, not an official dog fence.

We have a wide open pasture that is fully fenced with a few trees for shade. It is off the road away from the traffic noise. We have a water source at the fence line if you need it and a 25 pound mini-bernedoodle if you want a friend to play with!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
