Welcome to Louie's Oasis! .25 acres of space for your pups to explore. Our backyard offers a flat area of grass, along with a wooded area with pine straw. The wooded area of our backyard is on an incline. This area offers plenty of shade for your pups to sniff and explore, or get in some exercise by running up and down! We have chairs, a bucket of dog toys, and a water bowl for you to utilize during your visit. We have two seating areas, one or the other is generally in the shade depending on the time of day. Feel free to move chairs around to shaded areas! You can park in our driveway, or in the parking spaces directly across the street. There is an elementary school across the street that has plenty of parking spaces on the weekends or evenings when school is not in session.

Bring your pups to this completely fenced, shaded, and sunny lakeside spot! Feel free to use the chairs outside to relax without worry while your pups roam free. Bring a book, cooler, and Bluetooth speaker and you’ll be set! There are two water spigots…one at the back of the house and one down closer by the lake! There is also a trash can at the back of the house you can use. Humans are not allowed to swim in the lake, but dogs are welcome to play and jump. If you would like to use the canoe, that is an add-on. If you would like to go fishing (with your own equipment), that is an add-on as well.

Welcome to Brockett Bark Park! 🐾 Friends have told us our backyard feels like a small city park: a fully fenced 1.2 acre property lined with trees that provide lots of shade and privacy. It's rare to find a spot like this so close to the city! There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself. Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! Plenty of shade, and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. Milk bones are provided, along with a hose and kiddie pool. "Paws On Parkwood" is a small 1 acre fully fenced field at the front of our property. This field is shared with our goats, all goats have been hand raised and will be in their dedicated area at the time of your visit. This area is fully fenced and has areas of trees, maintained grass, unmaintained grass (goat feed) and patch type woods along the property line. Pull into the driveway and park in front of the "Parking" sign that will be on the right, close to the house. To enter the field, follow the driveway halfway back down the driveway to the gate with the "Paws On Parkwood" sign.

Very fun extras including a fire burning in the solo stove or flavored dog bubbles in a bubble machine! FYI: Yard is heavily wooded, and at a steep incline. Sturdy shoes are recommend if you'd like to join your dog up the hill. Think of it like an off-leash nature hike!
