This is a working dog farm. There is a fenced agility field, an obstacle course, a creek, a sand beach, lots of off leash fields, and a 12x24 saltwater dog pool available as an extra. There are picnic areas and firepits. There is a wading pool and water spicket for bathing dogs with shampoo and towels provided. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Lure Coursing coming soon!

Located conveniently off the highway but back far enough to breathe away from traffic. The trail carves around 6 acres for short or long walks. Open space, so recall or leash is a must :) There is a half acre that's fenced in if needed as well that you are welcome to. I only do one booking at a time, so feel safe knowing you and your pup have an exclusive space :)

Welcome to Brockett Bark Park! 🐾 Friends have told us our backyard feels like a small city park: a fully fenced 1.2 acre property lined with trees that provide lots of shade and privacy. It's rare to find a spot like this so close to the city! There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself. And when we discovered Sniffspot, we wanted to offer the same opportunity for other doggos like him. No pup should be kept from the joys of life because of what they've been through! Our home is super easy to find/access and we have plenty of private (off-street) parking available, making it an ideal space to meet up for playdates. Great place to stop with 2 fenced areas (one is 1/2 acre and other is 1/4 acre fenced) and an additional 9 acres of woods and pasture with a stream in the back when we have rain. Great exercise and a beautiful place to stretch your legs. Feel free to use the wi-fi and a small no-dog fenced area for you to relax in full view of your fur babies or the rocking chairs on the front porch to enjoy.
