One outside cat who thinks he’s a dog and has no fear so please no cat triggered dogs as I’d like to keep my buddy alive and well. He has several hiding spots and may stalk you 😂 It’s very quiet over here, no zooming cars or loud music. Plenty of birds chirping, space for long walks on or off leash, and very peaceful for the dogs as well as the humans. I might even offer you coffee if I’m home at the time. We live on a great mixture of fields and clear, walkable woods drenched in live oak canopies. We are surrounded by farm land, and your dog may encounter some nose sniffs from the neighbor’s cattle through the fence. Your dog is sure to also enjoy the lingering scents of wildlife that roam our property, such as deer, raccoon, ducks, opossum, and much more. We live off of a rural, two lane road with little traffic. The surroundings of our property are serene for our human guests, and freeing for our canine ones, who want some nature without disturbance.

We have lots of gardens and fruit trees and wild foraging. We have a swimming pool with a sun deck. We have wooded short trail areas. We have lots of shaded tree areas. We have a camper with an indoor bathroom for needed use. We have a playground and trampoline as well. We have a hose a sprinkler available. There are outdoor outlets for charging purposes. We have a picnic table area and plenty of chairs around the property. Etc. It's a dog's dream.

We have a fully fenced acre just down the street from a huge private lake. Dogs live near and on the property so all sizes shapes and types of dogs are welcome.
