The Burton Family Farm is a family-owned, 49-acre farm. It’s open, clear land, with a 3 acre pond, a beautiful spot in Holly Corner. Someone is at home, on the property, 24 hours a day. Easy to get to, we are located right off route 17 & 5 miles from 95, right behind Stafford Lakes. My family has lived in Holly Corner since the 1800s, it is safe and quiet. Come enjoy the fresh air, beautiful view, relaxing farm with your dog or dogs! We are a different type of a working farm, as we provide storage and camping on the property and we also grow hay. There is many areas on the farm that one can go that you cannot see others, the road or the other side of the farm. Enjoy your visit!

Awesome fully fenced back yard on over half an acre in scenic Culpeper Va! Very clean, safe area for dogs of all sizes to get their energy out. The fence is 4 ft feet and features metal grate between fence posts for added protection and security for your pup.
Users will have access to the deck area and screened in porch. Deck has a table you are welcome to eat and sit at. The screened in area features a sectional couch and overhead fan. Please note dogs are not allowed in the screened in area of the porch.
Each guest will receive complimentary drinks and snacks.
For the dogs, you will have everything you need. We offer a spot for you to get water for your dog, various dog toys, dog waste bags and scoopers.

Welcome to the Hive's Sniffspot! We have just about a half acre of completely fenced in yard for you and your pups to enjoy with grass, trees, lots of great sniffs, toys, and room to run!
You and your pupper can play fetch, frisbee, and tug. You can tease your pupper with our flirt pole or maybe you want to just relax on our covered porch, rocking the time away while your BFF explores the yard! We have squirrels to chase, fresh water to drink, a hose to spray your pup down with, a sprinkler and/or pupper pool to frolic in on those hot summer days, and a towel to dry them off with! We even have a huge sandbox for sanctioned digging!
The queen of our hive is our 2 year old pibble mix, Sophie, who (on request) can be invited to come out and play with your pupper -- after a proper introduction, of course!
