Think of it as the perfect "day date" for you and your dog. We've set about a half-acre of natural space for your dog to run, sniff, and play to their heart's content. Our mature trees provide tons of natural shade, so even on a hot Florida day, you can both stay cool and comfortable. This isn't just a place to let your dog off the leash; it's a peaceful sanctuary where you can both unwind. We prioritize safety and a relaxed atmosphere, so you can enjoy some quiet time while your best friend has the time of their life. Come see why our private park is the ideal spot for a little quality time with your favorite pup. Parking arrangements: Please pull right into the driveway. I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. If the driveway is not available, pull into the front yard parallel to the road. Back your vehicle up to the big stone. Thanks! There are no trespassing signs throughout the property. They are for warning non welcomed random strangers. Welcome to Kiba’s Backyard Oasis, a private, fully fenced backyard designed for safe, relaxed, off-leash play. This is a calm, clean space where pups can run, sniff, explore, swim, or just lounge and enjoy their own little retreat. We’re dog lovers and share our home with Kiba, our Shiba Inu. He will always be safely secured inside the main house during Sniffspot visits, so your dog(s) has the yard completely to themselves. The yard features a pool and an outdoor shower for easy rinsing after playtime. Puppy shampoo and towels are available upon request to make cleanup simple and stress-free. We aim to provide a premium, peaceful “private dog park” experience that feels welcoming and thoughtfully set up. Pool Safety: The backyard includes a pool. Dogs and children must be supervised at all times around water. Swimming and water play are at your discretion and responsibility. $20/hour for up to 2 dogs +$7 per additional dog Max 6 dogs per booking Overtime: $10 per 15 minutes Cleanup fee applies if waste is not picked up Our pricing reflects the privacy, space, and special features of our backyard.
