55This is a nice place. My first time using this app. My dogs and I loved it . It’s secure and the plus is the friendly horses next door. The owner is very nice and welcoming . I will def be back !!
55Very big property for the pup to run around! I was just a worried mom of an escape artist husky. But everything was great! Todd came out to chat and introduce himself. Super nice! And again, great property.

45Almost perfect! This is a huge and beautiful spot in a lovely area. The fencing seems secure, the fields just keep going and the neighbouring horses provide some additional interest behind the security of a double fence. My pups had a blast and Todd and his partner were very friendly. The only issue I had is that my male GSD is very fear aggressive towards people and less than halfway through our visit I noticed a car and some people inside the Sniffspot. I nearly had a heart attack. Thankfully I saw them before my dog did and I was able to get both my dogs on leash before anything happened. We approached the couple and it turned out to be the owner Todd who has a trailer on the property. (I was not given any indication that anyone would be there during our visit.) I called out to Todd and explained the situation. He did not seem concerned but I certainly was. My whole reason for using sniffspots is to allow my reactive dog to run off leash without having to worry about people or off leash dogs. If you plan on using this Sniffspot and you have a people reactive/aggressive dog, I suggest that you make absolutely sure with Todd that there will not be anyone out on the premises while you are there. There is also a sign on the main entry gate indicating that pumpkins are for sale. I didn’t know if anyone would open the gate to come in looking to buy pumpkins so I parked in front of the gate to prevent it from being opened. These issues are not a problem for most dog owners but for those of us with reactive dogs it is a huge and potentially terrifying issue. Also just a minor note: there are currently some incredibly spiky, large burrs on the small hill as you head through the second gate. My dogs thankfully didn’t get any in their paws but my ankles were covered and it was pretty painful to get them off.
55Perfect place to let my Aussie burn some fuel and socialize with some horses. Property was very clean and safe for a dog with poor recall. Solid fence throughout. Todd was kind and welcoming and we really appreciate him letting us use his beautiful land.

55This place was amazing! Much bigger than I expected. There were three different connected pastures to explore with good fencing along the perimeter. (We kept out chihuahua on leash for our own peace of mind and cause he’s a rascal.) It’s located on a quiet road surrounded by fields. There are horses right next to one of the fences but they didn’t really come close to the fence. Todd came out and introduced himself and even gave us a carrot to feed the horses. My shepherd had a blast running around exploring the smells by the end we were just sitting in the shade admiring the view! Totally worth the trip and we’ll definitely be back again!

FEEL FREE TO PARK YOUR VEHICLE ON THE LAND. THERE IS NO HOUSE ON THE PROPERTY BUT IT IS THE ONE WITH THE FOR SALE SIGN OUT FRONT. A total of 12 acres of cleared farmland. Neighbors have horses. 2 total acres fenced in. Beautiful scenic and private area. Beatiful private 2 acres of farmland Available from Dawn til Dusk. Please bring poop bags to bring the stuff with u thanks. . I FARM THE GRASS FOR HAY AND IS NOT CUT ON A WEEKLY BASIS. SMALLER DOGS ARE WELCOME AT YOUR DISCRETION.

Feel free to park your vehicle on the property. My land is the one with the for sale sign out front. No house is there. Have fun and enjoy. My farm worker got injured and hasn't been able to cut the grass. The grass is at least 18" long.

Located on a 9 acre farm & K9 Rehab Facility, our park is perfect for reactive dogs who need a a peaceful 1 acre escape from the noisy world. Our park is fenced in with a 4ft high Rail Fence. Purified Water and Garbage on location. If your dog is an escape artist, there is also a red tie-out stake at the center of the park rated for dogs up to 150lbs, we have also provided one 120ft long line which should allow your pup full access to every part of our park! Because this area is so open, you may hear farm animals or a barking dog in the distance. We hope you have fun!! NEW: Poop Station w/ Bags, Picnic Table & Benches!
