Description

Large backyard with maintained lawn as the primary area, a shallow man-made pond near the house, shady side yard, multiple seating areas, & bocce ball court along the fence. Property backs to the creek & is lined with pine trees. We don’t treat the pond chemically as it is home to lots of frogs & our own pup likes to drink from it & climb in.

Small pond on the premises, about 2-3’ deep. Pond is untreated & can accumulate algae during the hot summer months. We do rake it out regularly, but it does have some algae in it. Pond does not run, it is a still body of water.
