Host Rules
We live in a new construction home, and hope visitors treat our property with care & respect. Please no guests under 18 years of age Please leave our spot in the same condition you found it by picking up your dog's poop, returning dog toys, poop bags to the designated area, and ensuring all trash has been placed in one of our trashcans. (Brown bin in the backyard or black trash can in the driveway) Please do not allow your dog(s) to chew on anything belonging to us or outdoor furniture. Please do not allow your dog(s) to claw at pool coping. Please assist your dog(s) with entry/exit from the pool at tanning shelf, where steps are. Dog(s) should not be allowed to struggle to exit at sides of pool. Please do not allow your dog(s) to dig holes in our lawn. We will accommodate our guests/visitors as best as we can allowing them a fun & relaxing time with their pup(s). We have an outdoor TV with cable, gas fireplace, ceiling fans(2), patio furniture, and please let us know if your companion has any dietary restrictions(treats). We would love it if you would share any pictures you take so we can see the joy your doggos have while enjoying our home. 🥰 🐾

My name is Jennifer and I wouldn’t be on SniffSpot if I didn’t love dogs/companions. I am the lady who will acknowledge a random dog walking by, I can’t resist. I’ve been a Dog Walker/Pet Sitter for over 22 years and sharing our home, yard and pool seemed fitting. My husband and I have been married for almost 23 years and have three kiddos. A 22, 13, and 11 year old. We have three pups and all three are Shihtzu/Bichon mixes, aka Teddy Bear Shichons 🤎 I always say they’re like potato chips, can’t have just one. 🥰We also have a tripod kitty(3 legs) and he was appropriately named “Pi” as in ~3.14 😆 We moved into our home in the Spring of 24’ and are thoroughly enjoying our home and this area of Virginia Beach. We hope you and your dog(s) love it too!

Chrissy's 0.5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Chesapeake
Privacy fence on both sides with a 4-5ft chain link around it. Back of the yard is only chain link in case you have a jumper. The back of the yard is partially wooded but plenty of space to run and play. I am an owner of 4 dogs of which 3 go in the back the 4th is a rescue with high anxiety and gets walked. I do have dogs on both side of me. One side is quiet the other are hounds that will bark or howl. Currently there is an above ground pool not covered and no deck around it only steps. The steps will be removed soon and it will be closed for winter. Great running space for any dog that needs to stretch there legs.
