I previously lived in an apartment with my two large rescue dogs and used Sniffspot weekly for my pups to get some exercise in a safe way. I’m so thankful to have a yard now to share with other pups! Privacy fence on both sides with a 4-5ft chain link around it. Back of the yard is only chain link in case you have a jumper. The back of the yard is partially wooded but plenty of space to run and play. I am an owner of 4 dogs of which 3 go in the back the 4th is a rescue with high anxiety and gets walked. I do have dogs on both side of me. One side is quiet the other are hounds that will bark or howl. Currently there is an above ground pool not covered and no deck around it only steps. The steps will be removed soon and it will be closed for winter. Great running space for any dog that needs to stretch there legs.

The picturesque Wiseacre Estate has served as a wedding venue, an Airbnb, and now... a private, peaceful retreat for you and your beloved doggies! Two acres to run and play, directly on Lake Whitehurst. Bring a blanket and watch the planes take off from Norfolk Airport or enjoy provided seating for a view of the water and Botanical Garden. Our play yard is full of activity for any pet to enjoy! We offer a sandpit for pets or kids to pay in, hanging rope toy, a few small climbing objects, a ramps, toys, and balls. We do have some small farm animals throughout the property but they are all secure in their areas. Our dogs will be inside during visits so owners and pets can enjoy their time in the yard without the distractions of our babies. We live in a very quite neighborhood that doesn't have much going on. Everything we offer is located on a cart at the entrance of the play yard.

Fully fenced backyard on the Little Creek Reservoir in Virginia Beach. Total fenced area is 0.25 acres, with fence standing 3.5 feet tall. There is also a walking path that goes down to the lake behind my property. Looking forward to hosting you and your puppy! Please clean up after your pet and stay out of the sheds and garden. Feel free to use the chairs on the deck or the water bowl for your dog. Poop bags are provided free of charge and found underneath the garden hose.

We recommend you bring towels to dry your dog ,bug spray and sunscreen during warmer months. We’d love to welcome you to our place. We used a non-toxic dye in ponds  in early March to give shade for the large Koi. It helps protect them from the blue herring until the summer grass comes in. It has almost completely faded, and it’s safe for fish plants, domestic and wildlife just a little heads up. our grandchildren swim in it. So feel safe.
