Host Rules
There is a wooden gate with a latch. Please let yourself through just pass the garage doors. There’s a water hose with a blue bowl, there’s also a green bin with a few toys. I will try to keep hand sanitizer out on the table. Feel free to use the table and chairs, there is a blue bin with poop scoopers for dog waste. Please be sure the waste gets into the garbage bag. I do have dogs in my home when people are there. I try to let them interfere as little as possible through the window, but it can happen just know that , the backyard has a wooden gate where small dogs can get through. We have small dogs who get through when we’re not looking when we’re outside with them. They seem to know and they listen so just be aware if you decide to bring small dogs. Medium and large dogs seem to do just fine And can’t sneak away. There is a farmers field on the other side of that gate and wooded area as well. We do have a nice garden - if at all possible to the best of your ability we try to steer the dogs clear from damaging it, please be as courteous around it as possible that’s all we ask.

Holly's Fully Fenced Yard For Fun Running and Play
Newly installed fully fenced in area approximately 2600 ft. Does have a small Hill in one spot. We do treat the lawn with a dog friendly pesticide company because there are so many mosquitoes here. So basically our backyard doesn't have many mosquitoes at all. There is access to water and we have a splash pad available. It's a nice area to come and let your dogs just run and play. There are some spots in the fence that are not all the way to the ground so if you have a very little dog it may not be ideal. There are toys in the toybox. We have one designated parking spot that's off the road at the end of the driveway.

Great property to walk with large and small dogs. The entire back lot is fully fenced and plenty of running space for frisbee or ball. Disposable water bowls can be found in our welcome bin. A hose will be available in summer and a water jug in winter. A small patch of uncut brush in the back is great for jumping sniffing and tracking the high branches are cleared for humans to also walk through:) located near wetlands some of the fencing extends through overgrowth or wetland and brush/scrub tree areas it can be damp in wet weather times. The ENTIRE BACK lot is fully secure, originally built to contain our dachshunds and our late Great Dane. Because we own several small dogs (and also a large dog) ourselves it is checked regularly for any holes, or wear. (If you see any holes please let us know ASAP) Our dogs will be kenneled when you visit! Extra notes: *We live near a gun range and during hunting seasons and summer range noise can be heard in the distance. Weekdays are quieter in general for all noises :) after work and weekends tend to have more shooting noise during hunting seasons. * Please note in spring/ fall thaw and heavy rain parts of our yard so stay soggy and even wet for some time -appropriate footwear should be considered (rubber boots are ideal)-we have towels for dogs in our welcome bin. Canine Respiratory Illness! Here’s what we are doing! -disposable one-visit bowls are to be found in our bin, please use them for your dogs and then dispose of them before you go or take them home. -we will continue to disinfect the toys provided at least once a day with our dog-safe disinfectant Effer-San. -We ask that you place used toys in the used toy bin after use. - in the summer the patio and grass near the house will be sprayed with our dog-safe disinfectant Wishy-Wash once a day. -We do this for our dogs as well as for yours
