2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Medina

Welcome to Tell Tail Farm! A private 2 acre-fully fenced yard with horses and chickens coming home in spring of 2025. We get plenty of wild animals in our yard and have dogs of our own so there are PLENTY! Of smells for your pets to enjoy. All humans and pets will stay inside for your visit unless requested otherwise. When we get a lot of rain, a small pond forms in the back of the yard (pictured) but it’s not there in the extreme summer heat. I have a water bowl, toys, poop bags, chairs for humans, a nice patio to sit on, picnic table, and a fire pit patio with string lights all available for use! Hand sanitizer is also available and if it rains, we will open up the garage for a rain shelter with chairs! We do not use any pesticides or fertilizer on our property but will spray for ticks in the spring and summer. We cut the grass 1-2x per week but even more in the spring to keep the grass super short and our house sits on top of a hill for added exercise. Since we’re adding a fenced area for chickens, it does NOT impact the integrity of the existing fence. Construction material may be on the property but nothing dangerous to dogs since this is my own dogs personal yard. Any construction will be covered/secured to the best of our ability for the time being.

None of the property is fenced in but the house sits a ways off the road. There is a bench by the river and a tree swing. Bring boots for the river and trails! This is a dog's paradise! Plenty of room to run free, dig and be happy! There's a large dirt mound in the back for those that love to hunt, dig or climb. Ample shade on 3/4 of an acre. We'll provide some toys, pooper scooper and garbage can. We look forward to making your dog's day! Please park in the back of the house. You have to lift the gate a little to move it. We may stay closed on days where the backyard is extra wet and muddy.

4ft fence, perfect to play off leash. There is a dog pool if dogs like to splash around. Feel free to use the hose to fill up pool or dog bowl. The pool is stored in the brown garden box next to the hose. There is a small portable fence that can be used to wrap around the water garden feature to prevent the dogs from jumping in as that can get them muddy.

Great area to take your pups ! There is no fence but as long as the listen decent they have all the room in the world to run . Because of its size I will try to host more than one dog at a time . There is a lake to swim and almost fully wooded. Thanks again for taking the time .

Available Monday thru Friday from 10am - 7pm. At 7 we allow our chickens to run free in the yard until dark when they go back into their barn.
