55Love your yard space thank you so much for having something like this available for dogs! My dog and foster puppy had a blast I don’t think my foster has ever been off leash in a place so huge for him and he’s a farm dog breed that needs the space. The bin of treats, balls and poop bags was also much appreciated.

55We love how much space there is here for the dogs to run! The dogs love that there are so many different areas to explore, open grass, woodsy areas, hilly terrain, lots of things to sniff. Can’t wait to come back again!
55This is my 1st ever Sniffspot experience and Michelle has set the standards high! There is so much space with varying terrain. The deck is welcoming with dog treats, toys and poop bags, plus a comfy dog bed and chairs for people. If your dog likes to play frisbee or chuckit there is a huge open space to RUN, plus lots of trees and brush to sniff around. This is a residential property, not a commercial building so there are normal home things, like a brush pile, wood pile, currently some large landscape rock slabs. Highly recommend!

Description

Fully fenced in 4 acre yard in Farmington. Grassy and shaded wooded spots. Yard is fully fenced in. Once you pull in the driveway, close the gate behind you. You can leave the gate open when you leave. Fresh clean water bowl up by the front deck for each guest. Bin on front deck table with tennis balls, treats, poop bags, snacks and water. Help yourself. Please note that we have some yard work going on in the back patio area so it’s a little muddy there (until it freezes/snows) 90% of the yard is still dry and easily to avoid the muddy spot. Feel free to use the toys and water dish. I clean it before each guest (of course, in the winter I can’t guarantee it won’t be froze) :) Disclosure: we have Trump yard signs up. I’ve been told this is offensive to some dog owners. I apologize is political affiliation influences where you can take your dogs. However, we fully support any dogs in our yard and welcome you regardless of your political views.
