We are a dog hotel, offering our indoor, heated pool for Sniffspot guests. We have an indoor (human) restroom, life vests for the dogs, pool toys, towels for drying off, and ear cleaner available for your use. The indoor pool has a private entrance and we do have a fenced in yard, if your pup needs a potty break.

I have a large, fully fenced private backyard for your pups to enjoy! There are toys provided that are washed regularly and replaced every few weeks. Water bowls and a hose is provided as well as a kiddie pool that you may fill for your pup if you please. The yard has shady trees and shrubs that your pups can relax under to escape the sun. Your pups is welcome to dig. Chairs will be provided.

Hello!! Thank you for taking the time to check out my spot just outside of downtown Orlando! I’ve just had a ton of work done to my yard to be sure that you and your fur friends will be as comfortable as possible! My yard is a great size for any activity level and I’ve got a good sized patio that allows your pup to hang out with you! My spot also has a hose so if you need or want to wash your pup during your visit you are more than welcome to! I also will provide a water bowl that you can fill up with the hose outside and some toys that you are welcome to use! The only thing I ask is that you clean up any pet droppings, I put pick up bags outside and there’s a little tin trash bin for you to drop those used bags in (: I do have a dog in my unit but during the time that your pet will be there he will remain unseen and unheard! (He’s an old man that doesn’t like playing much anyway) I occasionally work from home so there is a chance that I will be there too but I’m pretty hands off, I’ll welcome you in via chat and then let you use the yard as if it’s your own (: If you have absolutely any other questions please feel free to reach out to me and I will do my best to answer them. **LGBTQ+ friendly spot

If you want to enjoy the dog days of summer swimming in a beautiful, clean, refreshing saltwater swimming pool with your dogs, Pepper's Backyard and Pool is the spot for you! This spot is perfect for any dog, but especially for reactive dogs that aren't able to run free or be around other dogs or people. When my dog Pepper was alive, I couldn't take him to public parks without him having to be muzzled and tethered to a very short leash. Pepper was a mix of Chow, Siberian Husky, German Shepherd, and Wolf. Unfortunately, he was not able to be socialized. But he enjoyed his backyard, and now I'm offering Pepper's Backyard to other dogs like Pepper and for every dog to run free, play, and be happy off leash. For an additional fee of $10 per dog per visit, your dog(s) can cool off in Pepper's saltwater pool. **Please sign up for the pool under "Extras" *** Dog(s) must be accompanied by a human while they are in the pool and use a water vest or floatie if needed (not provided by Host) and Dog(s) and Human(s) must be able to swim in up to 6 feet of water. You are visiting our home where my family and I live. Please be respectful of our home and clean up any mess before you exit our property. There is a broom on the patio you can use. No drugs or alcohol is to be brought to or consumed at Pepper's Backyard per Sniffspot's Guest rules. Please pick up your dog(s) poop. If you don't have dog poop bags, there will be some provided for you on the patio table. Please place used soiled dog toys and towels in the laundry basket located on the patio so they can be cleaned and sanitized for the next guest. You are required to use caution and care when swimming. There is to be no diving into the pool. There are no lifeguards on duty. You, your dog(s), and any guest you bring agree that you are swimming at your own risk and assume all liability for yourself, your dog(s), and anyone you bring with you. Prior to your visit, you are required to inform Host thru the Sniffspot app of all humans and dogs you are bringing to PEPPER'S BACKYARD. Please be careful not to throw balls or frisbees over the fence and do not take any toys home with you. They are the property of Pepper's Backyard. An inventory of all toys is taken before and after each Guest visit. Missing, damaged or lost toys will be charged to you at $10 per item, and you will be expected to pay for it before the end of your visit either by Cash, CashApp, or Zelle. Please supervise your dog(s) and do not allow them to dig holes in our yard. There is a kiddie pool filled with sand in the far right corner of the yard, and that is the only place your dog(s) are allowed to dig. Any holes dug or any damage done to our yard, pool, patio, or yard furniture will immediately be reported to Sniffspot, and you will be banned from returning to this spot. Do not urinate in the pool or in the yard. A guest bathroom is located inside our home that you are welcome to use. Please know that there are 5 working and monitored surveillance cameras that take video clips of everything you, your dog(s) and any guest you may bring with you are doing while you are on our property and by booking at Pepper's Backyard you all acknowledge and agree to being video recorded.
