This yard has always been a special place for our family. Our dog loved racing through the grass here, full of energy and joy. After saying goodbye, my wife and I wanted to open the space to other dogs so they could enjoy it just as much as he did. Our large, fully fenced yard offers plenty of room to run, sniff, and explore safely. The 7-foot wooden fence keeps everything secure, perfect for off-leash play or reactive pups who need a little extra space. The yard features lush grass with mulch beds beneath mature trees, giving your dog both open sunshine and cool shade to enjoy. There’s a seating area with table and chairs, balls for playtime, and access to a hose and electrical outlet for your convenience. Off-street parking makes arrival easy and stress-free. Set in a quiet suburban neighborhood, just a short drive from Alexandria, Arlington and Washington DC. This is a peaceful spot to unwind, train, be off-leash and let your dog be a dog. We hope your pup feels right at home here. In the fall the yard gets covered in leaves. I do my best to keep them tidy, but they seem to have their own plans. Our dog used to love racing through the piles, and most pups enjoy the extra smells and crunch — hopefully yours does too.

Spacious 1/4 acre partially enclosed with privacy fencing, chain link, and wood. Height is approximately 4’ which contains most pups though the most agile may scale it at the lowest points; however, there are no gaps! Pictures and additional amenities soon to come!

Welcome to a quiet, fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely run, sniff, and explore while their humans kick back and relax. The Space: A spacious, fenced-in yard with both sunny and shaded spots, perfect for pups who love to stretch their legs or roll in the grass. A gentle sloping hill lined with tall evergreens for natural shade and privacy. A flat grassy section that’s great for lounging, tossing a ball, or setting up toys for your dog. A sturdy fence surrounds the yard, keeping dogs safe and giving owners peace of mind. Amenities for Humans Kick back in the hammock, tucked into a peaceful corner, while your dog explores the yard. As a bonus, guests are welcome to browse the Free Blockbuster Box mounted on the fence in the front of the house on the left side. Feel free to take home a movie (yes, actual DVDs and Blu-rays! We still have them!) and make it a nostalgic movie night after your visit. 📀🍿 Extras Private gate access on the right side of the house visible from the road ensures easy entry and exit. Quiet neighborhood setting with trees and greenery all around. This backyard is the perfect mix of space for dogs to play and comfort for humans to unwind. Willow Tree Yard

Let your dog run free in our backyard that has a wooden privacy fence. They can also play or lounge under the shade of our large weeping willow tree. The lower deck has 3 lawn chairs, and the upper deck (accessible via stairs in the backyard) has 2 rocking chairs and a picnic table with 4 chairs. Use of shed in backyard is not an option (it will be locked). There is easy free street parking in our cul-de-sac. If your dog (or child) wants to use the toddler slide, feel free to pull it out onto the grass. If you would like me to make the box of children's toys available during your visit (for no extra charge), please select that option in the Extras section of your reservation. Note 1: When walking between your vehicle and the gate to our backyard, there may sometimes be other people or dogs on the street/sidewalk or in their front yards. Or there may sometimes be someone from our household leaving or arriving home (which involves walking between the front door and a car in our driveway). So please keep your dog on leash until you are inside the backyard with the gate closed (per standard SniffSpot rules). Note 2: As of November 14, our outdoor water faucets have been winterized to prevent frozen pipes. So, one free bottle of water will be provided per reservation. We will turn the faucets back on in the Spring. Note 3: If you would like to reserve a particular day/time that is not currently shown as available (especially if it is more than 30 days from now), please send me (the host) a chat message to find out if I can make it available for you. Cable wire with hooks has been placed at the gate to secure it in place, so it will not swing open! Chairs, Doggie & Human snacks, waste scooper with trash bags have been added! (Unless depleted) Hope to see you soon!!😊 Notes: Please park to the right of the garage and dispose of any waste in the Trash Bin outside of garage/gate.
