Note that the creek is not directly accessible from the Sniffspot. During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. The main walking area is 80 mowed acres surrounded by ponds. While not fenced in, the neighboring fields are farmland - no houses, dogs, or people in sight. Our dogs love walking the trails, sprinting through the woods, and diving through the prairie grasses. We love offering other pups the chance to enjoy it too! The trails are mostly wooded, and there is a ravine with a small creek (often dry in the summer). There are areas of trails, woods, prairie, and mowed grass. There is a barbed-wire fence marking the property line around the property, however it is not fully-fenced. Your dog will need to know to stay close enough to you or respond to your calls. *The ticks are out!* *Poop bags provided* 10% of all profit is donated to dog rescue organizations

The property is actually 80 acres which I have mowed trails on half of the property. There is a creek in the middle but if this works out I will build a bridge and mow trails on the other side (if you don't mind tall grass you can access this side by walking around the front tree line by the road) otherwise the walking trails start to the right of the chicken coop at the tall grass. I hope you and your pup(s) enjoy your time here! It's a perfect spot for off-leash training, play catch, jog, etc.

We have open pasture, fields, wooded area, a pond, and wetland. Plenty of space to play fetch or chase critters. We are on a quiet dirt road and shrouded by farm land so your pup has lots of safe space to run and roam. We have outside hose access to wash your pup off if they get dirty. And plenty of secluded area away from distractions for training and uninterrupted play for reactive dogs.

This is a ride in a Can Am Defender that is the size of a golf cart so one adult & 4 dogs max or 2 adults & 3 dogs max.

Hello! Welcome to the DixieChickens private dog park. We own 1.5 acres of fenced and unfenced area backing up to Birch Island pond. We can offer time in the fenced area (if desired) or running time through the woods of our property. There is no fencing on the wooded areas and we do not expect you to pick up if your pet relieves themselves in the woods. However on the groomed grassy areas you will need to pick up after your pet. We do have an open/ shared yard area with one neighbor, so please be respectful of their property line. We do have chickens which will be locked in their coop/run while you are enjoying our sniff spot, so if your dog is reactive to chickens this will not be the place for you. We also have two small resident dogs who are older and do not care for dog play, so they will be inside during your allotted time. You may also observe white tail deer, wild turkeys, geese, crows, eagles, toads, rabbits, and many squirrels and various birds, including two woodpeckers who live in the surrounding trees. We have a deck with patio furniture available to humans and will provide poop bags and trash bin, and garden hose for water if desired. Come have fun and explore Eden Prairie!

We live on 5 beautiful acres in North Branch MN. We offer a 2 acres of fun for your pups with a small pond for them to explore and swim. We can offer a tie out if your dog does have great recall or feel welcome to explore the area on leash.
