Come let your doggies get their zoomies out in our backyard! Tons of open space for them to run and be free. Fully fenced in, well maintained yard. We have 1 dog she is a 13 year old boxer mix named Leia. She will be kept inside during all bookings. There is a good chance some of her poo piles will be in the yard but we will do our best to pick up before you arrive. We do have two little kids so there are toys around including a play set and trampoline. There is a poop rake and shovel in the back with a poop pail so you don't have to take your doggie poo with you if you don't have a baggie. Our home is the first cul-de-sac in the woodpointe subdivision right off west road. Directly across the street from south point square apartments.

This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and almost 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have 2 huge tires, Agility jump poles, and an A Frame ladder). Welcome to our “back 40,” featuring an evergreen alcove, a small wooded walking path, lots of room to run, and tons of sticks to play with. For the humans we have a picnic table and two lounge chairs for relaxation. Special note for June and July: it’s mulberry season, and boy have we got ‘em (fortunately they are not toxic to dogs). Please note that our parking spot and part of our Sniffspot are covered by mulberry trees, so you *will* get berries on your shoes. Dress accordingly! 👍🏼

We offer our 18 acres fenced in area. We specialize in reactive and fearful dogs. We understand the challenges of having a dog that is scared and how important is to have a place in which you can relax and enjoy him/her/them instead of being hypervigilant looking for triggers 24/7. And moreover, we want your dog(s) to have a place in which he/she/they can be happy and have fun instead of being constantly looking for triggers and feel stressed out. Here you will see no triggers (but a chicken or turkey here and there, which would probably add to the enrichment experience) We hope you can relax and enjoy playing with your dog and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. As extras, your dog(s) will still be able to smell different animals like deer, turkey, squirrels, snakes, frogs, and also play in our small agility area. You will not have to see any dogs while being here, no worries we have you cover. The .36 acre yard is fully fenced in with several access gates. There’s trash cans outside the gate for poop bag disposal, poop bags available for use, table/chairs/umbrella for relaxing, and kid toys such as sand box, trampoline and soccer net available for use. I run a pet sitting business out of my home and frequently have other friendly playful dogs over. I can keep them in, or I can let them out for extra play time and exercise. The yard is maintained weekly, and no weed killer, fertilizer, or pesticides of any type are used.

I am delighted to have you and your dog(s) enjoy this fully fenced in 1 acre yard! There are long open areas where doggo can run full speed chasing a ball. There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. Enjoy! 

The back property is L-shaped. The majority is open space so plenty of room for zoomies and catch. There is some bushes, wild areas, and trees to experience new smells, and play hide-n-seek. The water spigot is on the deck. Our requests: 1) Street parking only. Please do not park in the driveway. 2) Pick up your dog's 💩. Pooper scooper and small trash can is provided 🚮 3) No digging anywhere, even if it appears to be bare or an available hole. 4) No smoking 🚭 Be sure to walk all the way to the back fence to see our Heritage "Grandmother" Oak Tree that's over 200 years old!
