This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play and run. Owners can sit in the swing while dogs run and play. It's a great place to throw the Chuckit! (provided), as your dog(s) can really stretch their legs in a full-out run. We love it here, and we hope you do too. The residents who live on the property will not be interacting with Sniffspot guests. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway and gate into the property for your protection. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. One is a hound, so . . . **At this time, the yard is only available Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday between 8:45 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. - last booking would need to be made at 2:15 for a 3:15 p.m. exit - and Friday between 12 p.m and 1:30 pm ** there are poop bags interspersed along the fence line for your convenience. Welcome to Louie's Oasis! .25 acres of space for your pups to explore. Our backyard offers a flat area of grass, along with a wooded area with pine straw. The wooded area of our backyard is on an incline. This area offers plenty of shade for your pups to sniff and explore, or get in some exercise by running up and down! We have chairs, a bucket of dog toys, and a water bowl for you to utilize during your visit. We have two seating areas, one or the other is generally in the shade depending on the time of day. Feel free to move chairs around to shaded areas! You can park in our driveway, or in the parking spaces directly across the street. There is an elementary school across the street that has plenty of parking spaces on the weekends when school is not in session.

It's rare to find a spot like this so close to the city! There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself. We have an outdoor restroom! 5 ft tall fencing all the way around -very happy spot! Expect to hear chickens or goats from down the street or horses and donkeys from across the street. Lots of birds and privacy from neighbors.

If you have a reactive dog or just crave some good privacy, this is the perfect spot for you. Tall, secure wooden fence is 6 feet tall on the sides and 8 feet tall across the back. Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! Plenty of shade, and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. Milk bones are provided, along with a hose and kiddie pool. Tons of seating! Outdoor living room area, plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella. There's even a sitting area in the yard with a fire table, fetching sticks, and toys. Starting 10/03 every booking will include access to the photo setup. See photos for the setup. Nothing extra to book (unless you'd like to borrow some festive bandanas or collars). This will last as long as the hay and pumpkins do. Ha! This is usually around 2-3 weeks. So, book now! If you don't see a time you want - message us, we may be able to make it work. If your pup is camera shy, don't worry, you still have an acre of fully fenced woods to explore.
