I have a vinyl fence which dogs can see through the pickets on two sides facing front yard and side street, I rescued a dog from Homeward Bound 12 years ago and they had to come to my house to see the yard and inspect me home. We have 128 acres of woods pasture and active farm land available for you to explore with your dog ! If your interested in a off leash experience without worry we have a 2 acre spot for your four legged love to enjoy without the fear of a failed recall. We just ask you stay out of the cows pasture, barn , chicken coops and do not open any gates despite what the cows might tell you ;) Our beautiful working farm is a natural environment shared by abundant wildlife deer, herons, and wild turkeys who roam the property and potentially could access the fenced area. When our Sniffspot guests are not visiting the fenced area is home to our flock of sheep. They happily do the “mowing” for us so you may notice some spots where the field isn’t perfectly “mowed” or gifts they have left behind! With this please be mindful not to leave anything behind that may attract in wildlife or potentially harm our sheep! We thank you and look forward to your visit !

Street parking; walk to the back of the building where you’ll find the fence gate held closed by a loose metal chain. NOTE: This fence is old and not secure. If you have a dog that is prone to running away please be mindful that they may be able to jump or slip underneath the fence.

Our fenced in property with a orchard and large open space has been adored by many dogs and other pets we have cared for many years. We respect and understand how important it is to interact with your dog in a protected safe area with out worry of having a stressful issue with your dog and another dog or person. However we do live in a location which our neighbors dogs can be seen or heard. So if your dog is reactive to other dogs our spot might not be a right fit. We live on a private road and the traffic is limited. However, UPS and Fedex do make deliveries so that is something to consider if your dog has issues. All dogs that visit our yard appear to go home happy and content and always run straight for the yard when they come back!

Nice quiet spot on a dead end dirt road in colrain surrounded by woods. There are cats around and fenced in chickens. Please don't let dogs chase or dig at the fence.

Large backyard with lots of space to walk and play, small trails provide the perfect walking loop through blueberry bushes and great for releasing all of your pups energy.

Our Sniffspot is part of the Mountainside Mutts training facility. We have a fully fenced-in yard for your pup's safety and various obstacles for your dog to enjoy. There are seating areas so you can relax and watch Fido play from the shade.

Quiet area, fully fenced. NO chemicals on lawn!! Wi-Fi available. Used to have dog training classes here with 10 dogs, and we had at one time full agility course. Perfect area in Village for dog that doesn't have access to a yard, to come and burn off some energy. Diveway parking available, and water hose outside if they like chasing the spray :).

Come and enjoy the space with your furry four (or however many) legged friend(s)! There is a dog run, and I will provide some amenities such as doggie bags, sunscreen, snacks/beverage (at least always water available), a trash receptacle for waste as well as a fire pit and a covered back porch area (where you can easily see and access your pets) for you to sit and enjoy for either shade or cover from the other elements.... All I would ask is that you please be mindful that I have tenants as well as the fact that I reside at the property as well with my teenage son and pick up after your animals and yourself. I would also require that you please park your vehicles out front (there is plenty of off street parking) and refrain from parking in the driveway as that space is for both myself and my tenants and we all frequently come and go and need to be able to do so at our convenience. It is a drama free space and I would prefer to keep it that way! I have no dogs, however my tenants do have two of them, one big dog and one small one, but they tend to walk them around the block and they are always on leashes. I have a cat that sometimes gets outside but I'm not worried about her, and there are other neighborhood cats that frequently come in our yard for whatever reason .... Anyways that's about all! I hope you find the space and my hospitality to be of use to you and your animal babies and we look forward to sharing with you!
