We have Turkey & deer sometimes in the field so your dog will have a great time trying to chase them, mine do! Please bring something to pick up your waste. Parking in the driveway at the bottom recommended. No doggy playtime will be over lapped to keep your reactive dogs from encountering any unwelcome guests.

Let you and your pups be free!! Visit our 218 acres for a leash free day! Enjoy the natural nature setting in the Big Brush Creek Cove. Think of it as renting out a state park for the day! Enjoy the sound of water the moment you park. Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge on one side and turn to the right on the natural trails for a mountain nature trail hike / walk. Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean creek. Take a break so you and your pup can enjoy pure relaxation. Inquire about camping over night if you love it to much to leave. We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do.

The yard is fenced with a chain-length fence. There are neighboring dogs on multiple sides, that may bark, but are not aggressive.

Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (dogs allowed, duh!) fenced in. Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 2 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely! Please ask any questions!

Welcome to our SniffSpot! If you send me a note I'm happy to put out some lawn chairs and a big bowl of water before your arrival. There are plastic bags for poop hanging on the fence, which you can place in the trashcan in the driveway on your way out :) If there's anything else you might need please feel free to reach out. Peaceful, rural beauty only 10 minutes from downtown Cleveland. 1/5 mile gravel path (grass path next to gravel as well if your dog has sensitive paws) that can be used as a scenic trail. Newly constructed, 60x60, fully fenced area with agility items, so your dog can play after you walk the trail. Kiddie pool available that can be filled up with easy to access hose. We do own and operate a dog boarding business on this property - but the 60x60 fenced area is separate from the kennel area and is set aside for Sniffspot and walking trail is also allocated for Sniffspot users. There is an indoor restroom and sink for washing hands (which will also be accessible even after business opening). Upon securing your booking, you'll receive a remote for the gate on the lower drive. Please be patient as the driveway gate opens; then, feel free to drive through and park anywhere. Remember to close the gate behind you before allowing your dogs to roam freely—no leashes are needed within the secured gated yard and pool area. The pool is easily accessed by a pebbled steps to reach the pool and deck. Enclosed by a 6-foot wooden privacy fence, our yard ensures the safety of your pets. Enjoy the rolling hill and a pet-friendly saltwater pool, surrounded by grounds featuring an undeveloped forest. There are no HOA rules or sanctions for enthusiastic barking, allowing your dogs to truly be themselves—bark, swim, romp, and live their best lives. We've opened our yard to your family to create a joyful and memorable experience. Please bathe and/or or brush your dogs before arrival. We have had pool pump and filter issues from excess hair 🤔😀. Also be sure to teach your dogs to use only the stairway to enter and leave the water to preserve our pool liner.! Also, please, brush and/or bathe your dogs before swimming them. Bring your dog to enjoy a slice of pastured, fully fenced heaven out in the country. Wear your mud boots and come explore our land. We have multiple different types of terrain for you and your dog to enjoy. Grassy, muddy, hilly, plus a ravine with a seasonal stream. There's plenty of room for all those games of fetch or chase. ***Note*** Our fencing is set up for livestock so smaller dogs would be able to scoot underneath. Please make sure you have your dog under voice control at all times.

Got 6.5 acres of land, little pond at the front entrance then up by the house big field dogs can run in. People can sit on the deck if they like. We do have a couple of dogs but they are fenced in so they will not bother you.

I have a large, fairly flat, fenced in yard. It backs up to the disc golf course at Victor Ashe, so you may see or hear people playing or walking their dogs. We also have birds, squirrels, and bunnies that like to visit. Most of the fence is a wooden privacy fence, but the back by the park is chainlink. I have a deck with chairs or a couch you can relax in and enjoy the peacefulness of the yard. Fur babies are welcome on the couch as well, and there will be a bowl of fresh water for them in the yard. I also have 2 camping chairs I put in the yard if you prefer. I do have 2 dogs that may bark upon arrival, but they will be out of sight. I hope you enjoy the yard as much as we do.
