Welcome to our yard! We have lots of room for your pups to run around securely in a fully fenced in area. We also have areas for your toddlers or small children to play, and patio seating for you as well! We are dog lovers and have three of our own which will be kept indoors during your stay. Dog Park Rules • All users are advised that the off-leash dog park is an unsupervised recreational area. Use the park at your own risk. Middletown Township is not responsible for accidents or injuries to you or your dog. • Users are legally responsible for the control, actions, behavior, and safety of their dog & must show consideration to others at all times. • Dogs must be leashed while entering and exiting the park. Corresponding \"Enter\" and \"Exit\" gates should be used accordingly. • Pronged, pinch, choke, spike, or electronic training collars are NOT permitted. • Dog waste must IMMEDIATELY be cleaned up by the dog's owner. • Children under 8 years of age are not permitted in the park. Children between 8-14 years of age must be closely supervised by an adult. • There is a limit of 2 dogs per person. At no time should the total number of dogs exceed 20 nor the number of people exceed 25 within the park. • The park is divided into two separate fenced in areas. Dogs weighing more than 30 lbs must use the large dog area. Dogs weighing less than 30 lbs have the choice, but do so at the owner's discretion. • Stop your dog from digging! Fill in any holes. • Users must properly secure access gates upon entering and leaving the off-leash area. • The dog park may not be used for any private use or training, including private instructional training or activities without the expressed written approval from Middletown Township. All users are further advised that the use of this facility is at their own risk. 1. Users must abide by all Rules and Regulations Governing the Use of Monmouth County Park and Recreation Lands and must comply with the directions of Park System personnel. 2. Children under 8 years of age are not permitted within the off-leash dog area. Children 8 years of age and older must be closely supervised by an adult. 3. There is a limit of two dogs per person. At no time should the number of dogs exceed 25 and the number of people exceed 35 for each area. When others are waiting, please limit your use to 30 minutes. 4. Users are responsible at all times for the behavior and safety of their dogs and should be considerate of other users. 5. Dogs with a history of dangerous or aggressive behavior are prohibited. Puppies under four months old are prohibited. Dogs over six months old must be spayed or neutered. 6. Dogs must wear collars displaying licenses at all times and have current vaccinations. 7. Dogs must be leashed prior to entering and upon leaving. Users must remain with their dogs at all times and must carry a leash for each dog at all times. 8. Rules and Regulations Tinton Falls Dog Park 1. All dogs must be properly licensed, vaccinated and wear a collar with ID tags at all times. 2. Dogs must be leashed when not inside the fenced area. The leash shall be no longer than eight feet in length. 3. Owners must have verbal control of their dogs at all times to prevent aggressive behavior. 4. Dogs must never be left unattended or out of sight of the handler. 5. Dogs that show aggression towards people or other animals must be removed immediately from the park. Dogs that have a history of such behavior will not be permitted to utilize the park. 6. Owners will be responsible for all damages or injuries inflicted to, or by their dog(s). 7. Owners are required to clean up and dispose of all waste left by their dog(s). 8. Dogs in heat are not allowed to use the park. 9. Dogs must be at least four months old. 10. Children under 16 years of age will not be permitted in the park unless under the supervision of an adult. Small children should not visit the inside of the park. 11. No food or drink allowed within fenced area. Failure to comply with the posted rules and regulations will result in expulsion from the park. Continued failure to comply on subsequent visits may result in permanent revocation of privileges and may result in a summons being issued.

Rules and Regulations • New York State law requires that dogs be vaccinated against rabies, and the New York City Health Code requires every dog owner/attendant carry with them proof of current dog license and rabies vaccination while in public. Dog owners may be fined for violation of these laws. To obtain an application for a dog license, please visit the New York City Department of Health website, or call 311. You may also obtain an application from a veterinarian, animal shelter, or pet shop. • Dogs must be on a leash (no more than six feet long) at all times, except in dog runs and designated off-leash areas at the prescribed times. • You must pick up after your dog and dispose of the waste in containers provided throughout the park. • You must prevent your dog from chasing birds, squirrels, and other animals. • Dogs are not permitted in playgrounds, zoos, fountains, ball fields, on basketball/handball/tennis courts, in swimming pools/facilities, bathing areas, and New York City beaches
