Hello and welcome to Howling Moon Private Dog Park! We are a family of 4 with 2 pups of our own that strives to make a great experience for you and your pup to enjoy time with nature! We are off road in a pasture, which makes for beautiful and serene landscape while letting your pup get some energy out! Fully fenced 1 acre with plenty of toys, shade and sitting areas, both you and your pups are sure to have a great time! For the pups, we have, water, tennis balls, rope pulls, Frisbee and large toy balls! For the humans we have benches on each side of the perimeter, a hammock chair in one corner, a full hammock in another corner, a swing bench up front and a picnic table with an umbrella in the center! In the storage bin is hand sanitizer, poo bags and band aids as well. (Please note, the hammocks are kept in the storage unit in the park. Feel free to set them up if you would like to use them!) Come out and get your steps in while taking in the scenery and watching your pup play with excitement! See you soon! Hi! I am a dog trainer & groomer who would love to host my space to others! I have my own dogs (who will be put up!) (we can also schedule play dates if your pup would ever like to make friends). There is agility equipment, tons of toys, lots of things to pee on, and lots of room to run! You can drive up and park behind the black juke or the white van and it’s a straight shot to the gate! There is a hose for you to rinse off your babies or fill up water if they finish it! In the warmer weather, there will also be a pool for them to splash in! Please let me know if you have any questions and I hope you enjoy our space as much as we do

My home is nestled in KCK on about 1.5 acres. There is a fenced in yard complete with a fire pit, deck, hammock, shed, and 2 disc golf baskets. Feel free to explore the partially fenced back pasture, drink from the hose, and sit in a shady spot with your loyal fur companions.

The off-leash dog area is for dogs and their handlers. No other use is permitted (including skateboard, bicycles, scooters and rollerblades). To create a positive experience for you and your dog, make sure your dog knows how to appropriately socialize with other dogs before using the park. Dogs that exhibit aggressive behavior are not allowed in the park. Dogs must be removed immediately from the off-leash dog area at the first sign of aggression. Handlers are responsible for any injuries caused by dog(s) under their control. Park users and dog owners assume all risk related to this use of the dog park. LSPR shall not be liable for any injury or damage caused by dogs or handlers in the off-leash area. All animal to human bites must be reported to the City of Lee's Summit Animal Control Department immediately. City of Lee's Summit Ordinance # 5.53. All users of the park shall obtain and display a City of Lee's Summit dog license. Dog license and vaccination tag shall be on a collar or harness. City of Lee's Summit Ordinance # 5.82. No dogs under 4 months of age are allowed. All dogs visiting the park must be spayed or neutered. Female dogs in heat and dogs with fresh wounds are not allowed in the Park. Dogs must be under voice control of their handler and in view of their handler at all times. Dogs must be on leash, a maximum length of 6 ft., when entering and exiting the off-leash dog area. No dogs are allowed within the off-leash area while restrained by a leash. Spiked collars are not allowed. Children under the age of 5 are not allowed in the off-leash area. Children between ages 5-8 must be accompanied by an adult. Handlers must be a minimum of 16 years old. Handlers must have possession of the dog leash at all times. Only two dogs are allowed per handler. Handlers must \"scoop the poop\" and dispose of waste in designated park provided container. Handlers must repair all holes and damage done by their dog under their control. No animals other than dogs shall be permitted in the area. Park Hours of Operation 6 AM to Sunset or 9 PM whichever occurs first.
