Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

Hi! Welcome to our 3/4 acre fully fenced yard. Foliage provides a large amount of privacy, neither neighbors have dogs and are rarely outside. We have a hose you can use, and a gazebo with seating and chairs to relax and an outlet if needed. Our firepit and firewood is available for safe use. Two gates are located on either side of the house which are latched. A third gate is present along our neighbors fence which is latched and secured with a zip tie and bungee - a small gap exists. We have reactive dogs and know the struggle of finding a quiet place to enjoy. If you’d like to avoid tall grass, our yard is mowed/trimmed every other Thursday. Send us a message to determine what days it’s been mowed to enjoy a manicured yard visit. The pool is OPEN. If you plan to enjoy the pool, please be sure your dog is wearing a life jacket and supervised at all times. Do not allow them to scratch at the side of the pool - guide them to use the stairs for entry and exist. NO GLASS near the pool or in the yard. Be sure to check yourself and dogs for ticks after a visit! Continuous tick preventatives are recommended for your outdoor pets! Let us know if you have any questions. Our backyard is a dog heaven equipped with an acre of playing space, a large koi pond with lots of fish, fire pit which is available for use and plenty of parking we hope to meet you and your dog, doggy bags toys and water hose available to keep your pup happy! We are located right off the Merritt Pkwy so if you need a pit stop for your dogs during a long drive our house is the perfect stop! We are happy to provide refreshments and snacks for you as well!

Welcome pups & humans! Our fully-fenced dog run is a flat 60x30 feet area with low grass, dog toys, treats, water bowls, and treated with organic pest control for ticks and mosquitoes. Fencing is high for bigs, and goes completely down to the ground for littles! What we make thru Sniffspot goes to the care of animals we rescue! About 1/3 is shaded, Wi-Fi, covered porch and a dedicated shed aka “pup parlor” with sofa and chair to chill out in inclement weather. If added, we can set up the kiddie pool for your visit. Bug spray, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, and water for the humans. Pup playground is located on a 4-acre property (you can also have access to) called Graceland Meadows Animal Rescue & Sanctuary (www.gracelandmeadows.org) where we save pets and farm animals from cruel lives and needless deaths. The spot is named for our recently departed Rocco, our love and inspiration! Sniffspot fee goes to the care of the rescued animals. Currently we’re home to two rescued horses, six chickens, and four companion birds, located in their own separate enclosed areas. We have two rescued dogs permanently sanctuaried here for a year+ and possibly another one or two at times that we’re fostering. My dogs will be inside when you visit — unless you’d like your dog to have a playmate … in which case, happy to discuss and try out a playdate. Perfectly level, no ditches, nearly all fenced in, except on both sides of the house towards the water as the pictures demonstrate. Nice water view too! Great place for dogs to run, play catch and enjoy the fresh air off leash. Please do not allow your dog to dig holes in the yard. PARKING proceed up the driveway to the very end where the asphalt turns into gravel - continue straight all the way to the end of the gravel to park. Try not to drive over the cobblestone edging please.
