Welcome to Southeast Wisconsin’s Finest Pet Resort! Here at Cedar Dale Pet Resort we have been caring for your four-legged family members since 1981 and now we are offering you a whole new experience- the opportunity to enjoy our recently remodeled Private Puppy Playground! Fun is sure to ensue in a fully fenced natural grass play yard filled with numerous obstacles and various play equipment for the ultimate enriching experience! Zoom through tires, climb on spools, and run down slides. Lay in the grass under the shade of a tree or dig in the sand. Seating for the human family, waste scoop & receptacle are provided. Complimentary wade-pool and towels will be made available upon request. Currently hours of availability for our Private Puppy Playground are generally when our guests are napping or inside the resort eating so no need to be worried about other dogs interfering with your pup’s outing. During the summer months when the weather is nice and our guest volume is high, we may have dogs outside in the other yards midday, but we will not utilize the yard next to the Private Puppy Playground during Sniffspot reservations. Other daytime hours may be available upon request, but we ask that you contact the resort directly for scheduling those times. Additional services including daycare play groups, overnight boarding, nail trims, bathing, and full grooming services, as well as professional training are also available.

Beautiful secluded property with a creek running through it. The backyard is about 1 acre with a big open field surrounded by large mature trees and a creek bordering the back side. Dogs must be trained not to run off as we do not have a fence. Old fence posts show the property lines. You can to take a dip in the creek with your dog to cool off on hot days. The water does flow so I wouldn't recommend it for really small dogs. The water is fairly shallow but can get high and flow fast after heavy rain. You will have to walk down a small hill to enter the creek. The weeds get high by the water but I have made 2 separate paths to enter the creek. Entering the creek is at your own risk. The creek is on the property line so the land across the creek is not part of the property so please do not go across the creek. If you do plan on going in the creek I recommend water shoes and a towel, it can get muddy by the water. And it can also get buggy, so you might want to bring bug spray as well. Feel free to move any of the chairs from the firepit to anywhere around the yard. Please clean up after your pup, garbage can is the green one by the garage. You can park on the left side of driveway by the RV and enter on the left side of the garage.

Welcome! Come on over and have some fun with your dog in a safe set up. Walk the trails in the forest and prairie to create stronger bond or practice off leash commands without distractions. Use the fenced in agility playground to boost your dog’s confidence or simply play around on the obstacles. The agility area is fully fenced in with 6foot fencing. There is another fully fenced in yard next to it that allows for lots of running. A private acre property with years of love tended to it. One 1/2 acre fully fenced adjacent to home with access to back 1/2 acre that’s all open space. Plenty of space for large and small dogs alike to run, explore, play, train and enjoy the variety of places to Sniff. There is a lot to smell and hunt for (nature and critter scents) Ample space and fence is secure. Our dogs are small so we ensured no gaps or lifting and check regularly. Behind the shrub line by house is the same; fully fenced and secure. The pups try to find squirrels back there sometimes. The Unfenced Back half part of our property continues all the way to the south tree line. There are apple trees where deer feed, sand hill crane family visits and other wildlife pop up at times, so good sniffing there. At the tree line there is a pathway to a field and the school’s baseball diamonds. That become public property fun for the dogs to explore, especially on long leads, and commonly used. Dogs must be on leash anytime outside of the fenced area. The Oak Creek Parkway trails are also close by for longer walks. As a Thank you for choosing to visit Magnus & Peppers Sanctuary 🐾 there is a table on the deck with toys, treats for pups and humans, bottled water and more for your use. There is also a refilling dog water bowl cleaned between uses. Yard is regularly walked and guests have been wonderfully respectful of not leaving pup presents 💩 behind 😊 Note: guest allowing dog(s) to lay down in and/or trample decorative landscape has recently caused damage. If it’s noticed we ask to simply encourage them to lay next to it as opposed to on it. There plenty of comfortable shaded grass. We often utilize the shaded grass areas to lay in ourselves to bond with our pups 🌳 We do our best to accommodate all requests, even ones not listed. Have a request for something that was offered or utilized at another SniffSpot? We would love for you to share, ask and let us know. Understandably, most fulfillments depend on timing. If I am working, I may not see last minute requests as I cannot use my phone on duty.

Our hiking trails are located next to our home however you will not hear or see people on the trails that are accessible to you. PLEASE NOTE: Our trails are adjacent to public hunting land. Please be aware and use caution that you *may* hear gunshots during the fall months of hunting season! 28 acres of hiking trails to explore with your pup(s)! These trails offer a workout for you and your dog. They are set back in the woods and are wonderful for photo opportunities! Some hills are VERY STEEP so please use caution and dress appropriately for hiking. Please park along left side tree line in grass. Trail access starts right there!

2+ acres of fully fenced (5 ft) small wooded paths (larger unfenced hiking space available in extras) and a large grass area to run. The fence is partially chain link and partially wire pulled between wood posts. The terrain is a mix of grass and wooded areas with small walking paths through the woods. Included in your time at our spot: - Standard Treats For Your Dog - Disposable Water Bowl - Hand Sanitizer - Human Water - Poop Bags - Towel for drying – A Basket of Toys (Cleaned Daily with pet-safe disinfectant) - Hose located near the back door for you to hose boots or dogs before heading home. (Full dog washing station coming early Summer 2024!) - The kiddie pool will be out on hot days for your dog to cool off in! Swing set available for kids to use, at your own risk and under your supervision, while their pet runs around, however; the trampoline is strictly off-limits. Check out our extras that you may add, including premium dog treats from Mountain Dog Cookie Co, a kiddie pool for your dog in the summer months, additional unfenced space for your dog to explore their primal instincts (perfect for sporting dogs!), and even some human treats! Canine Respiratory Illness, what are we doing about it? We've taken a few extra precautions to keep our dogs & visitors safe. In our welcome basket, you'll find disposable bowls that you may use the hose next to the back door to fill up for your pup! Please dispose of your bowl in the garbage can next to the welcome basket. Additionally, toys in the basket will also be wiped down at least once per day with a pet-safe disinfectant. **The host is not responsible for any harm caused to you, your children, or your pets while using the swing set.**

Private park on 5 plus acres , currently unfenced, mowed areas and trails with wild life areas and trees, peaceful. Have chickens and turkeys near house , but will put away when I know someone’s coming out. Easy drive 30 minutes south of Milwaukee and west of Racine. We have mowed trails and a river to jump in on a hot day! We have an upper field and a long dirt road to run down. We do have three dogs of our own who are all very nice. If your dog is aggressive we would need to know before hand. Please see photo for a glance at our marked trails. :)

Almost an acre fenced in yard with a long and wide driveway for parking. Trail located next to property. Lots of trees surrounding perimeter of yard, fence is 30 years old but our coonhound mix has never escaped. Two gates to enter yard.

Area is unfenced- Front area home to chickens, ducks, cats, dogs, and horses. Poultry is free range so dogs must be chicken friendly or off leash trained to “leave it”. Recommend using e collars if still working on off-leash obedience. Dogs and owners welcome to use swim platform, pedal boat, and to take a swim.

**I prefer a message PRIOR to booking, if our chickens are out for the day we do not have a way to put them up, they free range and go in when they would like.** We have 5.8 acres of unfenced land. We have chickens and goats on the property along with our own dogs so we have lots to smell! We have areas that are mowed and areas that are not. We are nestled between apartment buildings but our land keeps us separated that it’s always quiet. We can make sure the farm animals are put up as the chickens free range if your dog has a high prey drive, but please give us a 24 hour notice if you need the chickens put away for your visit.

Welcome! You + your dog(s) will love our five acres of open flat land to run + play until their hearts are content. There is a pond in the front yard that is suitable for dog swimming most days + the backyard is tree lined. Tennis balls can always be randomly found throughout the yard + if they’re lucky, maybe a toy or two.

Fully fenced 1 acre. Fenced in half as well so roughly.5 acres on each side. Porta Potty with hand sanitizer available for use and one of the outbuildings has electricity available for an outlet. Chairs and table with umbrella. Beautiful view and my pets love chasing after cars in an open space. Plenty of shade!

I have a property with just over 2 acres of land. I am providing a large parcel of the land that is unfenced for a person to park off street or in the driveway and spend some time with their dogs. The area is not fenced and you will need to have your pet on a leash or at least secured in a way that the dog cannot run off.

We welcome all breeds of dog! Come play and run free on a grassy acre of land! Water and some toys provided. Please pick up after yourself.

Giant lot with one big incline to the street. No little hills or holes to worry about! Plenty of space to let your pup run to their heart's content! Features a cozy little bonfire at the very back of the property next to the tree line. Hose for water and clean up area under the back porch. Lawn chairs are available under the porch as well, but please fold them up and put them away after session. Porch use with a table and chairs, and an outlet offered as well.

Half an acre to run and play!! No fence currently but clearly defined area. Street parking on a low traffic street. Upon request water for dogs, trash can, table and chairs, dog toys and dog bags will be available!
